“I almost stepped on one, luckily they were in between my talons, or else I would have crushed them.”

Must be annoying being that tall, with all the birds and pegasi flying around.

“It’s more annoying when one of them gets breathed in. Most ponies are smart enough to avoid a giant griffon, but birds tend to fly right into me.”

“Are you spying on me? And yes, that’s what I have to eat, since I’ve become that big. Or I eat thousands of smaller animals, which could have disastrous effects on Equestria.”

That hydra in the Everfree Forest might be big and scary, but Greif’s bigger, and he can be pretty scary if he needs to.  Sometimes it’s fun showing someone they’re NOT at the top of the pecking order like they thought they were.

Blue stares up at the massive griffon, his mouth hanging open in shock and amazement.

“What are you looking at, Shrimp? Never seen a big griffon before?”

He blinks and and closed his mouth, shaking his head. “N-no, i havent…”

“I guessed so.” Greif said lowering his massive head down to the pony. “How did you end up so big?”

The griffon was thinking, maybe... there were more of these orbs that caused spontaneous growth. But this could become a problem, the planet isn’t made for many big ponies and griffons.

Celestia blinked a few times, looking up at the massive griffon before her. She couldnt help but feel a small pang of fear, taking a couple steps back. “Well… It would certainly seem like there is, mister griffon.”

“No need to call me mister Griffon.” Greif said with a smile. “Just call me Greif.” He bowed down, lowering his head a little. He tried his best not to appear hostile to the Princess.

“Do you know how this curse appeared?”

Jeez. Hope your paws down stink, being that big.

“Pff, as if size had to do with any of that. But don’t worry, I will find a big enough lake or maybe the ocean to clean myself, just because I’m big, doesn’t mean I can’t at least try to live a normal life, right?”

Greif was surprised to see Princess Celestia... She was big. Though she was still smaller than him. “How did you get so big? Is there some sort of Magical curse running around enlarging others too?”
