♟ - If they like board games, and how good they are at ‘em
She has a liking to chess, in all honesty; she enjoys the concept of multiple pieces with different uses, and she absolutely adores strategy games.
The only problem is, well, she’s not entirely good at it, at least when she plays with other people. She gets pressured when it’s her turn, because she hates the idea of having to make the other person wait. So instead of thinking of a sound strategy, she moves her pieces impulsively, without thinking much of the consequences, so that the other party doesn’t have to wait.
(It’s why she prefers battling - it also involves strategy, which she likes, but it’s fast paced and sometimes not even turn-based, so her fear of making the other wait disappears. And anyway, she’s much better at battle strategy than board games.)
