TENNATOBER DAY 9!!
decided to draw @officialspec's amazing human tenna!! (i really need to practice humans more later...)
This is what I imagine trying to have a conversation with Spamton is like.
is he trying to beam the video into my brain through the thumbnail
leave my font alone. i like it sloppy
So reading some folklore for the bible
-Cain had a twin named Luluwa, who he was in love with(gross...)
-Lucifer shapeshifted into a woman to seduce Adam
-Cain was usually seen as either the son of Lucifer(via Eve) or Lilith(probably via Adam).
-Adam and Eve separated for 130 years(probably after Abel's death)
-In one version,Lilith was made of fire while Adam was made of dirt.
-In Forbidden books of eden, it's said Abel was 15 when he died.(Cain was seventeen)
-Adam had an affair with Lilith during the 130 year separation with Eve,who was staying with 'relatives' (who I guess exist now).
-Cain gets killed by his kids, who are also horrible.
-According to the Book of Enoch, Abel is very vengeful over his death and is the chief of martyrs who judges souls and calls for the destruction of Cain's descendants.
Bible liveblogging day 2 lets go
Heard this many times, but Cain was absolutely insane for this one. The sheer audacity. The nerve. like thats God ur talking to babygirl, whatchu doin
"Adam" (12-29-24) [supposed to be about the Adam & Eve Genesis narrative if that's not painfully obvious lmao] <made with this>
"I remember wind in my nose The garden The tree The tiger, bird, and butterfly We were happy, special, new, and His She whispered to eat And we ate together Dad was like a storm Go He roared from the sky Leave I cried The sky is different here I have a birthday And a baby and a child My name is dad If family eats from the tree like candy With a gentle hand I will do something helpful & good Never answer with His wild roar And understand And understand.”
“Cain.”
“Yes, Lord?”
“Where’s your brother?”

do you think cain knew death?
that when he dealt his brother a mortal blow, abel would fall and never get up?
they were the first humans,
had they ever seen anyone die?
surely, abel, keeper of sheep, provider of meat for his family’s table, must have known.
did cain know? that humans are animals, i mean?
that if you cut their throat or strike their temple,
they would bleed out like all the other lambs to the slaughter?
what about god—creator of man, infinite wisdom, all-seeing eye—
surely, he must have known that in making abel more worthy, favoured, more deserving of love,
it would turn his brother on him?
do you think god knew, that in picking favourites,
he would turn a man into a murderer?
the first son, committing the second sin—
do you think god cared? that he did it on purpose?
years ago, he created something perfect, but they fell short of his glory.
he must have been disappointed. scorned. jaded.
do you think he did it on purpose— separating the seeds of good and evil into two boys born of his original creation, setting his sights on pure abel and leaving poor cain to confirm his theory that we are all sinners?
and what about abel?
second-born and keeper of sheep.
he must have been surprised that day,
going out into the fields with his brother, only to fall by his hand.
do you think his innocent blood churned in the earth when he heard cain renounce him?
when he heard that trembling voice lie and ask, ‘am i my brother’s keeper?’
did his spirit cry out in betrayal, spitting out a litany of ‘yes!’ in an endless cacophony?
did anyone hear him?
o, other volo fan, i ask of you
why do people associate him with sunflowers?
fellow Volo fan, I will answer your prayers
the initial connection was from Volo's Sinnoh outfit, as it was revealed on his model and concept art he wears a sunflower-shaped fibula (the brooch that holds ups his cosplay, along with his ego)
along with this, artists simply put the connection together because of
1. the symbolism of sunflowers works very well with Volo's character (that being they always face the sun, represent loyalty and adoration, and in some cultures that ''facing the sun'' being always facing towards God, in this case Arceus)
and 2. drawing sunflowers with Volo simply slap color scheme wise
going to the pro to ask this. is this related. to him.
I really really hate to be the one to tell you about a guy from this kinda popular show called the bible but
