I’m doing okay right now thank you!! Today has been a really good day!! 🥰 I still deal with intrusive thoughts and anxiety and stuff and even good days can have bad/hard parts. I’m experiencing some ups and downs but you know that’s normal! Just trying to focus on doing what makes me happy and trying to be nicer to myself so that’s a win!! Especially comparing just from last october to now. I had a complete rock bottom breakdown, finally admitted to myself that i’m trans, almost said bye bye if ya know what i mean and then sought the help i knew i needed while getting guilted about how expensive my treatment was. Since then i have managed to build myself back up and i’ve managed to do it on a very strong foundation and I’m really proud of myself!
