MY FITNESS keeps me sane, it's my drug of choice

I discovered a 2 km "route" around the house and used it as my warm up everyday! I put together a daily schedule from exercises I know, some reminders from fellow gym freaks online... the highlight was the toilet paper challenge🤣🤣🤣🤣
