So today is the yearĀ anniversary of my Milky Chance concert. Here are some details of the concert.
-parents drove me two hours to get there
-we waited three to four hours to get in,Ā courtesy of my parents trying to help me get front seats (it was open seating)
-when we finally got in, I ran so fast I almost threw up the PBJ I had for breakfast
-I made it to the front before a lot of people could
-Realized my phone had 45% left
-(Iām trembling while I write this, btw)
-talked to some people for an hour and a half about music
-people complimented my twelve-year-old-selves good music taste
-also applauded me for coming to see Milky Chance for my first concert
-played on my phone for the next few minutes, wasting battery life
-heard some random 104.5 lady rambling about the opening act
-caught a video of them playing Into the Jungle
-saw the lead come near the crowd and walk around
-he stood right in front of me and sang Renegades
-signed off with saying,Ā āMilky Chance is f***ing awesome!ā
-waited some more hours for Milky Chance
-heard some screaming (I had been falling asleep)
-looked up and saw the sillouhette of hair
-started to inwardly scream
-tried to record theirĀ intro (I FOUND A VIDEO OF IT I AM SCREAMING)
-failed because my phone was at 5%
-(iām re-listening to it while I write this and I am so hype. Iām getting chills help)
-(I canāt remember what songs were played in what order, sorry!)
-at one point, I mad eye contact with Clemens for a second
-I also made eye contact with Antonio, which was adorable
-I had been staring apparently, and he widened his eyes at me, so I widened them back
- he tossed his head back like the dramatic groundhog meme
-but then he stopped and started playing harmonica
-also, might I add, I was such a big Milky Chance nerd that I knew every single song they played except for Let us Run Little LoveĀ
-thatās like, 19/20 songs
-moving on, I also remember Clemens saying put down your phones and be at peace before he started playing Feathery
-but someone kept recording
-he didnāt do a thing though
- he didnāt care about a thing, lol
-also, whenever he would get sweaty light reflected off his hair in such a way
-and when he would dry it, people would whistle and scream
-i didnāt scream to respect Clemens, though
-also, before the show ended, Clemens did the little peace thing and my heart almost ended
- Also, I danced like I never had when they played FJM
-Iāll post some pictures of the merch I got from the concert later
-(on a side not, I recorded a fifteen minute video of me recalecting on the concert at like 12:45am but when I tried to put it on YouTube it wouldnāt let me.)
