The best thing about the fact that anyone can just make a movie now is that the line between vlog and found footage movie is entirely dependent on the character’s reaction to their surroundings. XII is a found footage movie about two British uni students who are given the assignment to make a movie about any book ever. An assignment I would also give if I was Sikowitz with tenure. This 45-minute venture is possibly the worst movie I’ve ever seen. I’ve recommended it to all of my friends and it has led to the invention of a weekly movie night my friend and I are calling “Tubi Tuesday.”

I’m excited to post and find community among horror fans here as I delve deeper into horror media. My favorite subgenres are psycho thrillers and low-budget horror comedy. The Shining is one of my favorite movies of all time, and probably my favorite horror movie. Recently, I’ve been loving the absolute freak show that is the horror selection on Tubi. Upcoming reviews will likely be from there. Please feel free to leave me suggestions, but be warned that my TBW list is incredibly long.
