Note to self not to have an hour long discussion with the guys about other heroes’ powers before actually going to meet with them. “Me too. I mean, that would be extremely idiotic. Goddess of Thunder being taken out by her own element.” He paused momentarily to gather his thoughts. “Anyway… Could I maybe… try lifting the hammer?”
“It would be very ironic. Luckily, the chances of that happening are very low, I believe.” As far as things that could take her out went, thunderstorms were the smallest of her worries. His request made her lips quirk upwards in a smile. Jane didn’t quite understand what the appeal of trying to lift the hammer was ( maybe people expected to get lucky and become the new God of Thunder, you never know ) , but if she thought back to years ago, she supposed she would’ve liked to try it out as well, and she wasn’t going to deny Eli the opportunity. “You certainly may, little one,” she agreed, placing Mjolnir in front of him.

“...Interesting.” She had never really thought about that subject. Quite honestly, she wasn’t sure she could answer it that question, and she had to take a moment to consider it. “I do not think I have been in any thunderstorms that weren’t my own doing recently. I certainly do hope it cannot hurt me.”
