When is Jackson coming to see you?
Oh you mean @jacksonlana or did you mean @jacksonlana-oldblog or just Jackson Lana??? Sorry I can’t answer this question unless you are more specific :/ Jk UMMM I would say I would see it happening somewhere in my 100 year plan!?
how do you feel about vegan social media "influencers" who still wear non vegan clothing
Oh you mean like myself? Most of my clothing I bought before I was vegan and I personally am not willing to give it up for free and buy more because I hate spending money on clothes that I don’t care much about. I think buying non vegan items second hand is also not a bad thing because we really don’t need more clothing in this world that already has soooo much clothing waste. Buying second hand whether it’s vegan or not is more sustainable than buying new and that’s just a fact. Wearing leather doesn’t give off the best vibe if you are vegan but personally I think it’s better to have 1 leather pair of shoes that you wear out to the end that you love than to constantly be spending on new things that are vegan. This can be controversial and that’s fine I’m always open for a good discussion. I think the big takeaway is why do people see a need to criticize those who are already doing so much? Why not put that energy into the 95% of the world who is literally doing nothing to better the planet??! Who is more of an issue? And instead of just nagging people make it positive and informative so they aren’t turned away. There are a million things we can do individually to become better people and improve the state of the planet whether you are wearing dirty old leather shoes or not.
it is also a fundamental human right to have religious freedom. someone not supporting gay marriage due to religious reasons doesn't mean its a hate crime.
But if you choose to believe in a certain god/religion, why should that prevent someone else who was born a certain way (i.e. not choice, and not harming anyone, literally expressing love) from having equal rights?
If you don’t want a gay marriage, don’t have one.
It’s fine for churches to decide they won’t wed same sex couples if that’s what they want to do, but a group of people can’t decide it’s against the law for everyone outside the religion to have to follow that rule too.
This is preventing a community of people no different from you or me from having the same rights we were given at birth; resulting in hate crimes, violence, isolation, depression, suicides (tens of thousands every year - some even in children or young teens).
You are entitled to your opinion and religious belief - you are not entitled to force that belief upon others.
Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.

all I want right now is to wake up with the sun, run along the sand, dive into the ocean and then come back home to a big healthy breakfast with light streaming in and warm music playing
not to be controversial but what if we stopped killing animals
