Today’s adventures. Got my #slimmingworld awards so I rewarded myself with a cookup in the woods on an old #stagecoach #byway from #wilmington to #folkington made lunch on an old tree stump and watched as a WW2 Spitfire flew over whilst I ate my lunch and recovered from the road travelled so far. Warning #dietwanker post. So today was another 3lb off which pushed me over the line to 2.5st lost since my #slimmingworld journey began. Also picked up #manoftheyear award which netted me an apron too!!!! After a totally shite mental health day yesterday it was a lovely boost. 29/8/1971 a mechanic put his wage slip inside this #snapontoolbox , 1st pay check that he took after buying his #snapontools ? Who knows 🤷🏻‍♂️.
