Haunting Zine Refund
We once again apologize for the continued hold-ups. As previously mentioned, the zine was put on a standstill due to the health emergency of our shipping mod. All zine/merch has been ordered, and orders that contained only the physical version of the zine were shipped out to customers, but we have been unable to send the rest of the orders containing merchandise.
The mods have been discussing the option of refunding those who have not received their package, and due to the significant delays, we think that will be the best course of action for everyone. Because we haven’t been able to speak to the shipping Mod for several months we think this is the best possible way to move forward. These refunds will be fully covered by the main mods.
We sent out an email last week to all affected customers and will be sending out another email today to anyone we haven’t heard back from. Please note that we are sending emails to the address you provided at checkout.
