Misty hadn’t really expected a challenger today since more and more people were starting to come to Cerulean City for her sister’s shows more than her gym...But she definitely wasn’t disappointed when she heard that she had a challenger. The match was pretty close too. The first round had consisted of her Goldeen and Lillies Petilil named Dancer. Goldeen had lost, but Misty had made a comeback with Starmie. Starmie had also managed to take out Sparky by using it’s more psychic attacks, but it was finally exhausted and taken out by Lillie’s Sylveon named Shimmer. 

After that, Misty had to send out her heavy hitter...After all, she was not exactly one to take defeat well...So she simply didn’t lose. Most of the time, anyways. Gyarados and Shimmer has been an interesting match up. Gyarados was a lot stronger but Shimmer appeared to be faster. But as the battle was winding down, it was clear that Misty was taking control of the match. 

“Okay, Gyarados! Let’s finish this match! Finish Shimmer off with Hydro Pump!” Misty yelled, and the flying and water type pokemon responded by springing out of the water and shooting the strong jet of water from it’s mouth at Shimmer.

Challenger?|Misty+?

Misty was enjoying a nice relaxing day...The sun was out, and it was nice and warm...Making it a perfect day for her to go fishing. Misty sat on the ground as she patiently waited for her to hook something. Fishing was one of the few things Misty was patient with...The tomboy wasn’t exactly known for being the most patient person after all. But for fishing? Misty would make quite the exception. Plus, she couldn’t help but to smile fondly as she saw Kingdra swimming around joyfully...Obviously having the time of it’s life.

“Hm?” Misty blinked as a shadow suddenly was cast over her, and the Cerulean Gym City Leader noticed that someone was standing right behind her. “Can I help you with something?” Misty asked curiously with a raised eyebrow. “If you’re wanting to challenge me, I have to warn you. I’m a gym leader, so don’t think I’ll go easy on you.”
