"I'm not commenting on that, it's not my place." She peeled off the bandages and looked over the wound, grabbing a towel to place beneath his arm as she grabbed some saline water and poured it over the wound. It wouldn't sting, just enough to wash it. "What the hell did you do?"

“Never said I didn’t like it, only that I wasn’t sure I appreciated how easy it is for you to coax that reaction out of me,” she replies with a smirk. Bobbi sighs and bites her lip. “I would hope that they do… not the ass part though. I’d like to be seen as someone who is good to have at your back. I’m pretty damn good at what I do, if I do say so myself. The blonde chuckles, averting her eyes. “Tell him to be nicer or I’ll have to knock some sense into him.”

"I think you should appreciate it, but only if it's us, no one else." She grinned and gave her a quick look over. She found herself feeling comfortable around Bobbi, she wasn't her Bobby but she was close enough. "Occasionally, I usually deserve it. You should know this. I'll be sure to tell him next time I see him, although would you really knock some sense into him? I mean, I wouldn't be knocking some sense into Clintoris."

"I'm not even getting involved in this Petra thing, I don't understand why you're going after a kid." She shook her head when she saw his arm and stood, moving to go get a first aid kit she had nearby. "Did you clean it? Shit Nate." She moved back to the living room and knelt on the ground close to him. "Let me see."

“I fucked up again.” Nathan looked over at her and took the bottle again. He took a sip and let out a sigh.

"Drinking from the bottle like that, must've really fucked up. What happened?" She let him have the bottle, taking a drink from her glass.

“Yeah.” Nathan took the bottle instead of the glass and drank from it. He needed to make himself forget.

"Don't drink too fast, I don't want you passing out on me." She grinned as she held her glass between her hands on her lap. "What's on your mind, spider?"

“Of course I’m blushing! That’s all either of you do to me. I’m not sure that I appreciate it,” she answers with a laugh. “What’s my man-self like? Is he nice? Or is he an ass?”

"I think you like it or you wouldn't be standing here talking to me." She grinned and winked at her. She seemed to be playful, or flirty, whatever it was. "I could say he's occasionally an ass but he's great at what he does and I'd trust him with my back, I guess a lot of people must think that of you?"

“It’s the best kind.” Nate wiped away his tears and let out a laugh. “Just don’t get drunk tonight I don’t want you and me doing anything sexy when I can’t remember it.”

"I don't think you have to worry about that, drink up." She poured herself a glass and brought it to her lips, taking a drink of it. It was strong, she nearly coughed from it but she managed to swallow it down. "You would say something like that."

Nathan kissed her softly on the lips and fell backwards nicely onto the cushions. “I think…. I think I need a drink.” Of course he did. He didn’t need it but he knew she would let him get drunk and she would take care of him.

She laughed at him and rose up, walking toward the kitchen to grab two glasses, she then grabbed the vodka. "The vodka you brought good enough?" She reached out to give him a glass and sat back down, opening the bottle.

Nathan held onto her and kissed her shoulder. “Am I? Really?” He didn’t feel strong relaxing in her arms. He felt weak. He felt stupid. He felt alone. He had her but did he really?

He pulled away to push her hair out of her face and look her in her eyes. “Thank you again…I love you.”

"I know you are, you just have to believe it..." She looked at him, nuzzling into him for a moment. He was strong, she didn't know why he didn't see it. She just imagined he had a bad day, something was in that head of his, eating away at him.

She looked at him and offered a smile, it wasn't long before she ran her mouth again. "Of course you do, I love me too." The answer wasn't properly timed but he would know she only meant to make him smile.

A blush rises to her cheeks. “Wow. That’s—thanks Clara. Your man-self is pretty damn attractive too,” she comments trying not to take some of the focus off of her. “Any details I should know about?”

"You're blushing." She grinned, she looked smug for a moment. She liked that she could make her blush. "I've met him, he's not bad. Not what I expected but I'm proud of him." She laughed as she took a seat, her gaze never moving from Bobbi's form. "I don't think so, I'd say the stories are the same."

“I am not strong. You don’t know how hard it is to be this old and this tired.” Nathan broke down again. He didn’t know why but he couldn’t keep it in anymore. It had been years since he had been like this. He bite at his bottom lip and tried to stop himself but it just kept coming. She was one of the only people he was so open with.

“I need you….more then you know.” He took her hand again and held it tight. “Please…please don’t make me go home.”
