Exploring the napper…

My cage with a built-in 12fr intermittent cath. Can’t feel a thing the whole time it is dripping into my diaper.
The cath is attached by sliding it over a 1/4″ drip irrigation coupler (black part). The other end of the coupler is pushed through the center of a rubber grommet (blue part) and the flanges of the grommet are slipped over the edges of the slit in the end of the cage.
It’s not easy to remove from the cage while it is being worn, but it would be possible. 2-part epoxy could be used to hold it in place for punishment purposes (just saying! 😉 ). That would make it extremely difficult if not impossible to remove the cath without taking the cage off.
Edit: Integrating comment answers into post:
A1: I’ve been using catheters long enough it doesn’t really hurt now. A pinch feeling when it passes the prostate and then again when it enters the bladder. But it’s also a very small diameter, 12fr., so that helps make it pretty easy to insert. But if you’re new to it, it will be what most would consider painful. And tensing up makes it much worse. Keep things very clean, lubricate well with a water based surgical lubricant, and go slow.
A2: You would need to customize length to the user. I have it about ¾" longer than the point where urine begins to flow. That way the eyelets don’t irritate the bladder sphincter while moving around. That’s very unpleasant.
A3: I built it. The parts are readily available.
A4: Nope. It’s similar to someone that has to use an indwelling Foley catheter. Insertion is somewhat painful. Removal is less so, but while it’s in, it is virtually unnoticeable. Which is the whole point… you have no perception that you are constantly urinating. Your diaper just magically gets wetter and wetter. 😉
A5: The coupler is one used on ¼" drip irrigation tubing. You can find them in any home store. A hardware store should have grommets of specific sizes available in small quantities, or Harbor Freight has assortment boxes that are like 5 or 6 dollars. I just happened to have a grommet that worked. ~9/16" OD, ~7/32" ID, with a ~3/32" flange depth.
A6: Perfect. I have the assortment from Harbor Freight, item 67582. The 3/8" size should work. Good luck and enjoy! 😃
A7: The coupler is a DIG Irrigation H80A from Home Depot. It’s very easy to assemble. If you use a small diameter catheter (12 or 14 fr.), it’s a bit of a bitch to get over the barbed fitting, but it can be done. I had to use lube and gently clamp the fitting into my bench vise. If you use a larger diameter (16 or 18fr.) it should slide right on. But if you’re not used to inserting a catheter, I would stick to 12 or 14 fr.
A8: When you put the barb fitting through the center of the grommet, you’ll need to use a utility knife and cut the excess that sticks out too far through the grommet or it will catch on the inside of the diaper (might even poke a hole). Once you’ve done that, then warm the grommet under hot water to soften it up, and it should slip right through the slit in the end of the cage.

PS - I now have a 3D printer, so have made a prototype of my own. I need to make some adjustments to the design, and then I will post pics of the custom cath cage. Stay tuned! :)

Мне кажется, одного дня для воспитательного посещения тюрьмы мало, нужно пару дней и ночей, а ещё лучше - недельку. Чтобы прочувствовали всё, запомнили на всю жизнь, и больше не захотели возвращаться.
