V swallows, shaking his head ever so slightly at Juminâs statement. âNoâ unfortunately I donât see much point in doing so at this point.â
He was certain he was looking at Jumin. Willing his eyes to focus he shifted his gaze slightly- trying to focus on Juminâs face. Hoping that the sunglasses would mask had trouble he was having in doing so.
âI am sorry Juminâ I know this is sudden and a lot to manage. â
The heir studied his friend â watching as he turned his head to look at him. However, there was something that seemed off about it. It was if as though V was more listening to the sound of Juminâs voice to find out where he stood as opposed to actually being able to see him.
His suspicions were correct when he swiftly moved forward and grabbed hold of Vâs sweater; grip tight upon his shoulders.
âYou canât even see with your left eye now, can you?â He huffs; voice low. disappointed. âWhy do you decline getting the surgery? Itâs quite obvious that you need it now more than everâŚ!â
It pains him to know that his friend continues to say no to getting the surgery â destroy the possibility of ever regaining some of his sight back, no matter how small it may be.
Jumin gives Vâs shoulders a rough shake. âEverything youâre hiding, your secrets, theyâre all fine. Iâll trust whatever you do and follow you. But please donât lie to me. At least not youâŚ!â and as he speaks, his desperation and frustration is evident.
ââŚAt least not you.â
V jolts slightly at the sudden grip of his shoulders. He drops his head slightly, ducking away from Jumin's voice. "There is so point to it anymore..."
The rough shake and the raising of Jumins works startles him. His face lifting in shock. "...Jumin."
"-I'm sorry. Really I am...I've never meant to lie to you. Not you- but...this is the only way..."
