Being healthy mentally is just as important as your physical health. All too often, mental health challenges the black culture. It’s often taboo in Caribbean and African households—other cultures as well. Enough of that none sense. I think 2020 taught us all something…we all need therapy. No one is perfect, no one has it all together. Therapy can be in the form of coaches, mentors, and your traditional therapist. If you’re not finding the help you’re looking for, seek counseling.
