Alone on Christmas, Remus bumps into a stranger in an empty classroom.

Excerpt:

Remus turned the curved handle, but when he tried to push it open, it jammed. He nudged it harder, shoving his other shoulder against the door until it burst open. He toppled inside, his momentum carrying into the nearest desk with a crash.

At the head of the classroom, standing behind the teacher’s desk, was a girl. No—not a girl.

A woman, his fifteen-year-old brain corrected. He jumped up to his feet.

The soft autumn light filtered through the high windows behind her, turning her dark brown hair into rich caramel curls and making her skin glow. As she stared back him, her lips parted in surprise.

“Hel—hello,” he croaked.

She blinked. “Hi.”

“I was just—I came here to—” he stammered, unable to tear his gaze from this veritable angel. “And then, the door—and then I fell…” He grasped for words, which all seemed to have fled in terror at the sight of the pretty girl.

Woman, his brain reiterated.

Right.

Remus and Sirius hanging out at Grimmauld’s place before and after Order meetings

HC: Dating Remus Lupin with you being younger than him

Remus was VERY hesitant at the start of the relationship

After a while, he gets over it

Remus is super cuddly and smells of nice cardigans and chocolate

Like, cuddles is a TOP priority

He is such a soft bean

He always provides you with really good chocolates, especially when you down or sick

A Bit of Sky, Chapter Two

“This is going to sound absolutely mad, but … what year is it?”

“I’m sorry, what?”

“Year? Month too, if you please.” She stood up, still feeling a touch awkward to stand in front of him naked. She had lived in a tent with Harry and Ron for months prior to the battle at Hogwarts, and all three had long since lost all sense of shame when it came to the naked form. The years that followed Hogwarts’s destruction only cemented the need for convenience over propriety. Then again, Remus had not been with them, had he?

Thankfully, he kept his gaze on her face. The dumbstruck expression he wore said that he was focused on her words rather than her breasts, which was fine by her considering this was hardly the time to be thinking inappropriate thoughts. Especially since, to her, Remus Lupin had been dead for over a year now. The sudden reminder knocked the breath out of her, and Hermione clutched at her chest, her mind drifting to everyone that they had lost in the war.

When she gained control of her emotions once more, she returned her attention to the man still gaping at her as though she were mental. In an attempt to get him to focus, she snapped her fingers as she spoke. “Remus. Year. Month. Please.”

“July of 1981. Do you mean to imply that you—”

“Time travelled,” Hermione said. “Quite right.”
