Oh hi, *closes book* didn't see you there. Welcome to my stupid blog and my twisted mind. I'm Hetalia Club. Or as my friends call me Hetalia Club (no they don't no one has ever called me that) and you can to or not it's cool, you can call me just Club, or hey you, or nothing at all. But I hope one day you can even call me friend *awww*

Now, Let me start off by saying this blog is fully a joke. Unless I start off with saying "I'm being serious right now" don't take anything I say seriously. Everything is a joke. If you can't take a joke and get offended easily at the slightest diss please leave. Or Don't, I'm not your mom I don't control your life. Welcome back to Hetalia facts that I make up (part: idk my bff jill): The Hetalia characters can get tattoos and they do and have before. But every 5 years or so they shed their skin like snakes so the tattoos go away. So if they have gotten drunken tattoos they are not stuck with them for centuries. They will shed it in a few years For example: in the early 2000s America though the sensation Billy Bass would be much bigger and last many more years. Boy oh boy was he wrong. but thanks to him sheading his skin that sin was washed away.

The reason her cigarette stick is so short is because it's not hers it's Romano's. Men's were typically shorter and less flashy.) Been obsessed with the musical Chicago lately. Probably 'cause it reminds me of them. I started out drawing them in the 'we both reached for the gun' dance number, that was the reference I used anyway. That whole song is just so them, rather my idea of them. In my head I can imagine Amelia getting into hot water in the 1920's and Romano posing as her lawyer, con man style. To help her lie and get out of it. Then it sort of changed as I was going. The original idea became more of a loose concept rather than a tribute. And I thought it kind of looked more like a snapshot. Thought it would be cute if it looked more like a photo one of them had hanging up on their wall from when they lived together.

I've been drawing this whole time. I'm really trying to get better, I've thrown out more stuff than I've finished. Abandoned ideas all together before I even really started. Finished some things, not very good but good practice. This is the one I've liked the most in awhile. I'm trying to develop a style of my own. Still can't draw a backgrounds for the life of me. Been trying to accept that less is more, which is hard for me because I have a hard time 'finishing' things as in I'll keep adding and adding until I hate it instead of leaving it when it looks finished. Still working on different head positions ngl, it's so hard for me for some reason. I just cannot seem to figure it out, but maybe I will some day. If not then it's whateves.

ANYWAYS! I know I vanished into thin air but I'm not dead, at least I don't think. Just life and stuff, ya know? Been planning my UK trip now that it's getting closer. My BF and I have been getting kinda serious, and I've hardly been home at all if I'm going to be honest with you. I'm usually at work or at his house anymore it feels like. Which is a relatively big deal for me because home is my favorite place to be. And my last relationship never wanted to do anything ever and it's just a huge change having someone who actually wants to hang all the time. I'll try and be less elusive, but no promises.

Finally told my boyfriend about hetalia, yes like I got some sort of drug addiction and he asked me what the show was about and I was like “you know I’ve been watching since 2012 and I can’t tell you that. Used to be about history but In the manga for like a year they’re in the mafia and are playing a yughio style card game for some reason.” And he was like “oh yeah? That sounds cool” and I was like “well thats where you’re wrong it’s actually really lame & stupid and it’s also one of my favorite things” and he was like “okay well it’s cute you have like a little thing you like have a little show you watch thats kinda stupid and you like it anyway”

FOOL! Absolute block head! He doesn’t know what a freak I am! See the thing is, is to get them to fall in love first, reel them in, let them think you’re a normal bitch or whatever then SMACK! You start showing them pictures of your favorite characters and force them to play a game show you invented called “Guess That Country” or maybe even go on a fictional date with a character against their will via text! Stay tuned for that maybe?

Also we’re going to the UK in august and he’s paying for it and I don’t have the heart to tell him the main reason I wanted to go is because I have a hyper-fixation on England right now from Hetalia. He thinks I want to go because of game of thrones! Sucker! That’s the second reason I way to go!

I still cannot get over how cursed early Hetalia official art is. Some of it is legit haunting. Their dead soulless eyes. Them just hanging out in a void of some kind.

It's the Disney Princess void effect if you know what I'm talking about how all official art of Disney princess together none of them are looking at each other or seemingly aware that the others are there. Which as been dubbed the 'pink void effect' early Hetalia art has that same cursed vibe.

like they are all there, the are all doing 'things' but all of them could be their own separate picture and the others taken away and nothing would be affected. They are just sort of all there, there is not eye contact. they are all looking at something different you can't follow their eyes to a certain place. Giving no indication that they are aware of each other being there.

These photos have the exact same energy. Even this one. They are all there together but none of them are actually 'interacting'.

There are obviously exceptions to this but It's something that once you start to notice you can't unseen it. I would also like to point out I am specifically pointing out old official art not done by Hima himself. These would be like t-shirt designs & posters. The new merch is pretty good from what I've seen.

do you know of anywhere other than crunchyroll where someone could watch hetalia? i used to have a crunchyroll subscription and i had started watching hetalia but never finished :(

It depends if you want subbed or dubbed. I have all the dubbed from beautiful world to world stars on my pc that I can put in a Google Drive for you.

And if not just pirate it. Just type into google “watch hetalia (whatever season) online free” I used to watched on a site called Justdubz. Idk if it exists anymore. There is 9anime that still works but if you wanted to watch the newer stuff dubbed dm me and I’ll send you a link to go Google Drive when I get some free time

When I go to the uk and the currency is pounds is anything acceptable? Like if it’s 5lbs; can I just bring like a few bags of flour as even trade or does it have to be British goods? Would they prefer lbs of tea like in blocks. On that note what is the proper way to store the lbs? Do you guys have special backpacks for carrying all the extra weight? Let me know!
