Name : The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
...umm, I think you are a bit confused about the names. Northern Ireland does not equal the UK, not exactly.The UK is made up of four countries. Northern Ireland is one of them. That doesn’t mean that his offical name is the United Kingdom, he is Northern Ireland and is part of the UK.
Human Name : Seán Kirkland
Not the most neutral name for a Northern Ireland. Seán leans on the pro-Irish side although perhaps not as strongly as other names? And then Kirkland is an Old English surname. Pro-Irish name and pro-English surname?That poor guy is not going to have it easy among his people.
Birthday : 17 March (aka St. Patrick's Day)
*winces* Perhaps not the best choice of a date for his birthday. Firstly he is one of the few countries of the British Isles who actually has a solid foundation date and the 17th March is arguably a controversial date in Northern Ireland. At least I’ve been told that violent fights break out among some unionists and nationalists in Belfast on this day. (based on the experiences of someone who lives in Belfast.)
All I’m saying is that I don’t think this is the best choice of a birthday date for Northern Ireland.

Personality and Interest
He is described as a person who acts quietly and scared of other countries who have bombs.
No. Why would he be scared of countries who have bombs? Apart from Germany, which other country has attacked Northern Ireland with bombs? Most bombs he’s encountered were from terrorists, does that mean he is terrified that every human who could turn out to be a terrorist? Also you are implying that Northern Ireland is scared of practically every country neighbouring him because almost all of them have bombs. Does that mean he barely talks to the rest of the UK as the UK has bombs?? Yes it is incredibly difficult to find any significant interaction between Northern Ireland and any country outside of the British Isles, but that should not be justified as a fear of other countries having bombs.
Altough he can act a bit cold to foreigners, but he can be nice and funny sometimes if your his friend.
His sock pocket represents his sister's angry and creepy side and Nationalists who want him to be part of Ireland and not the UK to make it whole again. Even Seán his happy were he is, he can't help but think what it would be like to be one with sister.
That’s... honestly a bit silly and could be taken as an insult. In this paragraph you’re not remaining neutral, you’re implying that the people in Northern Ireland who want the country to be reunited with Ireland are in the wrong. There is no right answer to this dilemma, some want Ireland to be reunited and some want to stay with the UK. Taking one group and personifying them as a sock puppet and describing them as the “angry and creepy side”? And on top of that, you’re confusing nationalists and republicans! It’s the republicans who are extremists and think using violence is necessary for an Irish reunification.

The boat sinking part is probably because of what happen in 1912. When one of the worst sinking disaster, The Titanic, happened. He worked with a lot of other people to make , he got to go on it with his sister, and he nearly drowned.
Okay firstly, while the Titanic was a tragedy and a source of great grief for Northern Ireland, I don’t think he would lose his calm over boats sinking just because of this event. His country is well-known for the shipbuilding industry and plenty of other boats have sunken in the past. I would find it more likely that Northern Ireland becomes upset or emotional when directly discussing the Titanic, not just at every mention of a boat sinking.
Secondly, why would Northern Ireland have been on the Titanic? Sure it was built at his place but what reason would Northern Ireland have had to be on it when it went across the Atlantic? At this stage Ireland was still under complete English rule and I don’t think England would have allowed Northern Ireland to make the journey across the Atlantic. For what purpose really? What business did Northern Ireland have in America? It is an interesting thought, I haven’t seen anyone suggest this before... but there doesn’t seem to be a justification for Northern Ireland to have been on the Titanic when it sank.
The bomb part is probably because of how many bombs were dropped on him and his sister. One of ones he remembers the most was back in Aug. 15 1998, the Omagh city bombing were 29 people were killed.
Most bombs Northern Ireland experienced weren’t dropped though. During the Belfast Blitz, sure, those bombs were dropped. But during the Troubles bombs were more typically planted in cars or other locations and then were set on a timer to detonate. Also while Ireland has had her share of bombs in the last century, it’s nowhere near the amount Northern Ireland had.

Ireland is his sister. Even though they didn't understand why he was born with her at first they still are nice too each other.

England
England doesn't really mind him and He doesn't really mind England as much as Ireland. They don't have much of a relationship.
Oh but they do have a relationship! It’s by far not a positive one but it seems lazy to say they don’t have much of a relationship. Northern Ireland was created through England’s involvement with Ireland’s departure from the UK, England was also heavily involved when Northern Ireland was going through the Troubles (though it was often not for the best) and at the end of the day, both England and Northern Ireland are UK nations so they would have to interact often. I don’t really know how they would not have much of a relationship?
Spain
He doesn't really doesn't like Spain. Because during the time when one of the kings of England (Henry VIII if memory serves right) was trying to take over Ireland, Spain was suppost to try to help the Irish fight at the top of the island, but they accidently ended up at the south of the island. He's barely siad anything to him since.
He’s probably too young to remember this, technically this is even before he would be officially “born”. I find it hard to believe that Northern Ireland would be so affected that he would never speak to Spain again. Also not speaking to someone because they landed on the wrong side of the island? England has done far worse things than that. This doesn’t make a lot of sense honestly.
Also you include Spain in the main relationships but you don’t add Scotland and Wales? At least Scotland, Northern Ireland has more interactions with him than with Spain.
Trivia
*He can speak both english and Irish, but he only understands newer terms in Irish rather than the old ones.
*Most of the times he visits his sister, he let's her buy the food. Since he doesn't really know how much £1 (1 pound) is for €1 (1 euro).
...he would know though, he is a country. He has enough dealings with the economy of his country, he wouldn’t be so ignorant as to how much £1 is for 1€.
*At one point Seán was a grave robber, footballer and a writer.
I would like the context for when he was doing those things, especially grave robbing. Why a grave robber? He’s a young country, what would he gain from digging up corpses? The footballer and writer part is fine but the grave robber comes completely out of the left field for me.
*Sometimes when Ireland and himself go out for a few drinks, he barely drinks anything knowing someone had to bring his sister home afterwords.
With roughly 3,000 years of experience, I would imagine that Ireland is probably able to fend for herself. And when you say “for a few drinks”, there is the implication that neither countries are really aiming to get drunk?
