Week 12 Post

✨ What’s working? Positive user feedback is pouring in, and engagement is higher than expected. My team is really pulling together, and we’re moving closer to our vision every day.

💸 What’s not working? Cash flow is a bit tight right now, and scaling is harder than anticipated. Some features we were excited about aren’t resonating with our audience as much as we’d hoped.

😅 How do I feel? It’s a mix of excitement and stress. I feel proud of what we’ve accomplished, but the journey is unpredictable, and every step feels like a new challenge.

📚 What am I learning about running a business? I’ve learned that adaptability is everything — plans change, and I need to be flexible. Also, the financial side is far more complicated than I ever expected; keeping track of everything is a full-time job in itself.

💡 What am I learning about myself? I’m learning that I can push through difficult moments and bounce back from setbacks. I’m also realizing I need to trust my team more, delegate better, and let go of control.
