Pop'n music dream again!!

Ok so last night I had a dream where I found a sequel to 321 STARS by dj simon in pop'n music 8. The song was just called 321 STARS 2, and the genre name was Techno Pop 2, I played it and it was just the same song but the chart was slightly harder. Im gonna go to Round 1 tomorrow to play pop'n music high cheers but I can't play Stereo Tokyo from pop'n 10 because I live in North America and for some reason they removed it from the North American versions of the game. Im so mad rn

How am I supposed to play this? This song is 107 bpm in the beginning so if I turn off hi-speed the notes at that part will come down too slow and I'll fail the stage. But the song has two random speed changes, and one of them goes up to 428 bpm so if I set the speed to 4 then it'll be too fast to read and then I'll fail the stage, and setting the speed to 2 or 3 either makes the song too slow or too fast for me to read. Wtf am i supposed to do 😭😭
