Have hope in the midst of the darkness and the mud. Keep trudging through and one day, you'll break through.

Soothed worries. Sometimes when I'm in an anxiety spiral I pray to God for help. He will always help me out of it. Maybe not in the way I expected but the way that I needed. This pose also reminds me of hair braiding, how the braider and the person whose hair is being braided has to sit. It's a very caring pose, one that requires a lot of trust and patience.

It's one a mother and daughter often takes as the daughter grows up. Love you mom! Thank you for taking care of me 🫂❤️✨

A gaggle of geese I met at a park.

I noticed that they move together in waves, guided by the elders of the group. The babies of the community sometimes form groups with themselves, guided by a geese pair. The hissing from the geese simply means "I love my baby, please don't touch or come close!"

They are watchful and would move once they noticed a couple of the elder geese do a head nod. That signals for them to move forward as a group. They then follow in march. They also move if other geese just take the initiative. They watch each other as they move, so they crawl forward as they watch if the others are doing it as well.

So many animals have personalities and curiosities once you look closer. Bees and wasps love the smell of oranges, crows will chase off birds of prey. Squirrels will watch you like you're a TV while they eat their nut.
