There is only one Shinto shrine in Nagasaki left after the bomb was dropped. The arch is made of the elements. This plus the fact that the blast could go through and around the structure, enabled it to escape destruction. (October 1945)

B-17 bombers, of the U.S. Army’s Twelfth Air force, dropped fragmentation bombs on the important El Aouina airdrome at Tunis, Tunisia, and covered the airdrome and field completely. On the field below enemy planes can be seen burning, on February 14, 1943.

Than a flash!

8:45 August 6, 1645 What is that?! I see a massive object being dropped from a plane. Is that one of our planes? Next thing I know I'm being thrown on my back from the sheer force of the object exploding as it hits the ground. As I cower on the ground as the ground trembles. It suddenly hits me... It's a bomb we've been bombed... I feel my skin start to heat up uncomfortably to the point where I feel it start to burn. I try to stand up to find something to cover myself with to at least protect myself but my limbs have seem to shut down on me... Hopefully Kinji is alright!

7:45, August 6, 1945 So far the day has been really nice. Not a cloud in the sky. People are going on with their business even though we're at war with the United States. Even though it just seems like a normal day I can't shake the feeling that something bad is going to happen. Well, hopefully it won't be something bad. Hopefully, Kanji didn't get in trouble...
