✣ 「 ヴェン」 ❦❧ ─ “You…. you don’t know?” The question in itself had the older blond blinked at him… and the confusion written on Roxas’ face only further caused the Wind Master to share the same feeling too. Why would the younger blond ask him of this? Scratching his cheek, coming up with a lot of blanks than answers in his mind… he did have few clues, or theories though, but none of them seemed concrete without further evidence proof. “I… I don’t know the exact details, but I do have some theories.” keeping quiet seemed to be the no-go answer, and Roxas honestly looked like someone who really needs them. Ventus would try his best to answer, despite himself lacking a lot… but with the memories gained back from which was lost… the days with Xehanort as his Master…
…. being his F o r m e r pupil, he held more answers than most.
“Keyblades aren’t easy to obtain. Maybe back thousands years ago, when Everyone born with Lights can obtain Keyblade with training. But… due to a war. The number of Keyblade wielders got reduced into a scarcely of handfuls now.” Again, Ventus doubt Roxas has knowledge of the Keyblade war, the old and the forgotten were just that… long lost forgotten legends that no one remembers… Master Eraqus had some old books in regard to it –not counting Ven’s memories from those old days– it was still sketchy. “The only way to obtained a Keyblade now, are either you are connected to that person who wields it… or it was passed down to you through the Keyblade Inheritance ceremony.”
Honestly, he couldn’t see Aqua or Terra doing that to Roxas….
Especially if he’d never seen other Keyblade until now with Wayward Wind.
“The only ones I know who has Keyblades now, are Sora, Riku, Mickey… Aqua, Terra, myself… and well… now there’s you.” Ventus didn’t know if Vanitas was alive, if he was, he was the other one too. “There’s one other person who has a Keyblade too. He’s… not a good person though, he’s trying to destroy worlds with it.” Keyblades may chooses its wielder… but the wielder doesn’t limited to good, they can choose terrible individual too.
there was so much information being through, roxas kinda felt kind
dumb that he couldn’t really process it all. however, being told that
there were other keyblade wielders did cause him to relax. some
of the answers he was looking for was found; but at the same time,
more came up. how did the other know about it? he wanted to ask,
but felt it would be odd to pry.
he knew vaguely of mickey, but Aqua and Terra didn’t seem familiar
at all. all he knew where of things from his dreams. now there was
someone else that was B A D that wielded the same weapon? geez,
roxas couldn’t help but wonder if this was another strange dream.

he scratched the back of his neck, trying to correctly process all that
was said to him.

having a bunch of dreams that involve him, but i
don’t know why. could it be the reason why i have it? ❞
