Hi i love your drawings they're so good but sometimes when they aren't colored i can't really tell the difference between james and dave i'm sorry i think it's because of the hair mostly or because different eras 😅 Is there a way you could show me how i can separate them? sorry if this is rude, it's not meant to be.. i really like your art style

I’m new to the fandom & I’m still figuring out how to draw them along the way so I understand if you can’t tell them apart TT. I like drawings early Metallica, specifically ‘82-‘84

I draw James with softer features, longer face, more downturned eyes. Whenever I give him that awful short bangs, that is him from 1982 (James looks like a sad puppy in my style)

Dave is just opposite to him, you can just tell by the lips bc I never leave them out when I draw Dave. Dave’s hair in earlier days was shorter but in general he has fluffier hair than James

This was just what I observed and stylized so don’t take it too seriously 🥹

wahh im so glad dave/kirk is actually the pairing that got me into rpf and ive been wanting to see them in ur style!! >< i like to imagine a scenario where dave is an annoying brat gushing about him being a better guitarist while kirk isn't having it so he kisses him and leaves him speechless while walking away bwahaha. i wouldn't mind some suggestive stuff either.. 👀
