The harsh nature comes right up to the door. Inside the five igloos are modern and comfortable with electric heating, radio, TV, telephone, tea and coffee making facilities and a small bathroom with a shower. There is room for two persons in a double bed or in two single beds and the whole experience is so special that only a real igloo can beat it. When you walk out of the igloo the Hotel Arctic reception and restaurants are just a few paces away. The distance is short when measured in metres but you will probably feel that when you go back to your igloo for the night you are entering a completely different world.

We can provide top-class rooms,decor, climate and AV-facilities for 120 participants.  The heart of theconference centre is the assembly room, the Greenland Room, which canalso be converted into a theatre or concert hall. In addition to theGreenland Room with its group rooms and meeting rooms, we also have asmaller assembly room with a number of meeting rooms.

Our gourmet cuisine is recognized as one of the very best in the whole country. The chefs are masters in their fields and use only the very finest Greenlandic and international raw materials. At the same time the experience is spiced by a bewitching view from the restaurant - of the Ilulissat harbour and life on the waters of Disko Bay among the gigantic icebergs.
