Have you done it before? I've seen some kids level classes at the studio I go to, so it could be something fun for my girls too.
i have and it's one you feel for days. never heard they had classes for kids but they might enjoy it.
I decided to try a different type of workout and it's one of the best things I've ever discovered. It's a bungee workout and it literally feels like you're flying with the most epic music in the background. I wanna take all my girls and make it a girls night, it's the most fun workout I've ever done. Feel free to call me supermom because I sure feel like it. @otrrpstarters
it's great and really works your core. not sure it's a kid thing but it would be fun for all your friends.
