i do think it’s. rather hilarious that everyone was like “taika is making fun of brucenat!!!!” when. the most dramatic moment for bruce’s character in that film. had everything to do with. bruce/hulk’s feelings for natasha. you can’t spin that scene in a comedic/mocking way. there’s different interpretations of content, and then there’s straight up ignoring content. if you hate brucenat, that’s fine. but don’t lie and pretend that the intention of continuing brucenat was blatantly obvious is ragnarok.
moreover the scenes with thor were more poking fun at not only the particular brand of romantics involved but also thor’s obliviousness and lack of subtlety (remember “Hel will shake with the screams of his victims?” this bluntness is characteristic of him) insofar as realizing that the lullaby is something that only really has enormously powerful emotive relevance between bruce and natasha (although he’s able to work on his friendship with both Hulk and Bruce later obviously but he nearly dies in the process first)
