Hi! I want to say that the background picture you're using is not Maria, but Lena.
&&. ( ahh i am aware ! i meant to put that somewhere on my rules but i guess i forgot to? i could not find the base artwork for maria’s cipher cards, however, so i’m assuming they just weren’t released. so i used the closest thing i could find aka lena, who looks nearly identical to maria except her hair is a bit longer and she looks a bit older. thank you for noticing though haha !! )

IN her arms are several healing staves, and she enters the convoy tent with a skip and a bright smile. fluffy locks of scarlet hair seem to bounce upon her shoulders with each step, showing, if anything, her eagerness.
‘ BIG sister minerva asked me to bring these into the convoy, but i didn’t expect to see YOU in here! do you need any help? ’
WHICH is, of course, a lie. truthfully, maria had seen marth enter the tent, and then decided that now would be a good time to store the extra healing staves into the convoy. but really, could she help it? prince marth was ever so fleeting, so dashing and brave---one would be out of their mind not to want a better look at him! besides, he’d been the one to rescue her and reunite her with her sister just recently; so, naturally, she would want to thank him in a more personal manner!

SHE stirs, and a dull ache from where she’d hit the ground resonates through her body, causing her to grimace as her limbs slowly rouse themselves. her consciousness returns slowly, flooding her form with a sudden feeling of pins and needles atop a wave of goosebumps. maria’s eyelids shudder before they gradually open, and blurred images are suddenly painted into her view. crimson irises, hazed with slumber still, attempt to clarify the blobs of color; and the first thing that comes to recognition is armor. armor, and blobs of golden accents upon it as well as a faint voice---it’s deep, masculine, and fills her ears with a sudden relief.

( after the events of book two(FE12), maria peacefully cared for orphans at a convent in macedon. depending on whether michalis lives or not in the verse, she happily visits her siblings frequently, and is overjoyed that they can finally be a family again. still, she holds no ill will against her brother, even after everything that had happened. if he still lives depending on the verse, he is the most important thing in maria’s life besides minerva. if he is not alive depending on the verse, maria will still talk about him often, looking upon him fondly and showing that she dearly misses him.
whilst collecting herbs one day, she stumbles across a portal/opening(similar to the one in the before awakening dlc of fe14), which carries her through dimensions. she falls unconscious from both the shock and the pressure of the shift, and lies defenseless upon a pathway until she is either found by somebody(hostile or not), or until she awakens on her own.
who she is found by depends on who the thread is with---and if it is during or before the events of fates, she will side with whomever found her and took her in. however, she has no true opinion on a certain “side,” and she is much like revelation!kamui, who believes there is certainly a better way to solve the conflict without having to go to war with each other. no matter who she is with, she will always preach the idea of peace. )
