Put the oil in a pyrex measuring cup, then add heat in either a double boiler or just a standard griddle till you no longer see ANY bubbles reacting.Reclaim doesn't HAVE to be decarboxylated but I find it helps a bit. Why’re you on anon asking such simple questions? Pour the dissolved reclaim into a pyrex and evaporate. Then scrape it and decarb. Make edibles. And yes, I did.

How do you get all the reclaim out of your rig?

Rubbing alcohol. Shake it till it all dissolves and then rinse!
