Overflown from my calorie goal, and it’s only just gone lunchtime!

Stuffed myself up to a new highest weight this evening! Now to relax with a few 222-calorie lagers…

So, this may be the most calorific drink I’ve ever made and drank. A whole 900ml tub of ice cream and 300ml of double cream for a total of 3275 calories!

The drink was so thick - and now, so is my belly! Word of advice if you’re to try this: it will make your gut feel tight, thick, and heavy.

Four chicken burgers and two litres of cherryade - I wanted the ginger ale as well, but I can’t have too much pop before I start to feel light-headed

Decided to try drinking a glass of water every 20 minutes - then got impatient and went for the huge glass. Don’t worry, proper precautions were taken; water intoxication can be really dangerous!
