Every since I graduated school I've been looking for my classmate.

We weren't firends, we didnt even share any classes.

Yet I look for them when ever I'm in town.

Behind every aisle or across every road.

Everyonce in a while i think ive spoted them.

Id walk close, look for their older image.

Then find its not them. It never is.

But its just a look-a-like

The day i found them, I was strange.

I shook their hand. Said "great to see you!".

A short message and then they'd be gone again.

Though I have found them. Seen and touched their skin.

The person im searching for wasn't there.

I'm curious if the fact that Jax didn't have a tail until Pomni pointed it out was a subconscious thing. Like his ears and tail are the "pinnacle of masculinity" and masculinity is usually very reserved and tough, and so him not having his tail kinda says that he doesn't have that tough reveredness around Pomni? Am i talking out my ass or am i cooking chat
