Imagine your fav going somewhere and trying to hold back their gas, only for it to build up more and more and they're occasionally failing and letting out little toots. Eventually they either successfully hold it in or give up. Either way, they end up letting it all out loudly and proudly.
Imagine your OTP on a dinner date. Person B has eaten too much and their belly is straining against the buttons of their shirt. As they walk towards their car, B drops their keys and bends forward to pick them up. This, however, causes a lot of pressure on their belly and they rip a loud, short fart. Person B is absolutely humiliated but Person A assures them that it was kinda cute and totally natural. When they reach B's house, A leads B to the couch and they sit together as A rubs B's tummy. B hums contentedly as the warm palm of their lover soothes their gurgling insides and coaxes more farts out of them.
Imagine person A of your otp being at work and hearing people complain about somebody farting, suddenly they realize it's their clothes smelling from person B's farting.
Imagine Person A of your OTP has eaten a whole box of Fibre One throughout the day. When Person B comes home in the evening, A's stomach is rumbling constantly, their face screwed up tight as they try to subdue the building pressure on their ass. B leads them into bed and A flops on their back. B presses A's knees to their chest and the pressure on their swollen tummy causes A to groan in pleasure as the gas bubbles and roars out of their ass. After a while, B straddles A's gurgling belly and stimulates themselves as A farts.
Imagine person A of your OTP is out at a party when they get hit by sudden gas pains. A quickly steps outside to relieve themselves in private, but they run into person B, whom A just started dating. B strikes up a conversation, and A reluctantly stays to chat, trying to hide their discomfort and hoping B will go inside soon. The pressure soon becomes too much and A lets out a long, loud, disgusting fart. A apologizes profusely, too embarrassed to meet B's gaze. To their surprise, B takes them in a comforting embrace. A rests their head on B's shoulder while the continue to fart, too ashamed to excuse themselves, while B's hand reassuringly rubs their back.
Imagine your fave after a workout, wearing tight workout pants, sweaty and with their gas churned from the exercise. Your fave decides to finish with some relaxing stretches or yoga; also relaxing their bloated stomach by ripping big, bubbly farts as they stretch. Imagine them in any poses or stances you want, with different positions altering how powerfully they release gas.
Bonus: Your fave had a protein shake before their workout, resulting in them having more gas that is also more potent and putrid.
Imagine fingering your faves ass with soap as lube, making them whimper from the stinging pain, as you take out your fingers they let out a massive soapy fart.
Imagine your fave going to a massage therapist every few days to get the gas rubbed out of their bloated belly. The therapist loves their sessions and never uses scented oils, instead opting to inhale your fave's bubbling farts.

Imagine your otp going on a long road trip somewhere. On the road, they're forced to eat at greasy fast food restaurants since they can't find any others. This causes them both to have enormous amounts of gas, and they take pleasure in keeping the windows up and making the car a noxious dutch oven for the whole trip.
Imagine your fave wearing a skirt, no matter the gender. They take a seat on your face, leaning over to touch you and get you off all while they let loose as much gas as they can. The skirt keeping most of the stink from escaping and for you to smell.
