Life had been quite awkward, rough even ever since she’d famously put her resort out of business by her own hand. A scorching done by her own maw, she had moved on in life, or rather, going back to old habits. Bounty hunting was a vice that had always been a thrill at the cost of being extremely dangerous for her health and well-being, but if anyone ever met the femme, they’d know such a thing was never a concern for Ingrid. Even so, that wasn’t what was most dangerous to her;
It was a devilishly handsome elezen man, and the both of them didn’t quite know this yet, but the two of them were either the best things to happen to each other, or the worst. What started as an acquaintance introduced by intrigue and comparisons did the two blossom into something more. Casus was quite the man in that she always left the woman wanting for more; be it that he always made her wonder as to his developments in the extended times he’d find himself absent from her embrace, or his growing potential as a talented marksman.
Such things were easy to measure, as time lost and changes made over time were always noticeable. The way she felt for him however, was somewhat surreal. Her legs crossing as she leaned over her lounge’s table, elbow resting atop her thighs as her face was buried in an open palm, it was hard for Ingrid not to long for a man that made her heart grow fonder in his absence.
It was then in being lost in her thoughts did her eyes wander. If anyone were to witness her, they’d perhaps thinks her ridiculous for staring at a seat. No matter how much she looked the opposite of her, he keeps coming up in her visage. Clicking her tongue in annoyance, she’d get up as the seat beneath her fell to the ground in her sudden rise. Frustrated at the very fact she was becoming blinded by what she thought was a fun fling turned out to be something more.
Curse him and his beautiful emerald eyes, gods damned his ponytail that she could tug on! All of these curses going on in her head as this stupid man had her at his wits end. Forcing the partition to her bedroom nearly off his hinges as she’d made her way inside, she’d plop onto her side of the bed fuming. Brow furrowed as she was lost in thought, her nostrils flared.
Her bed was still undone from when she had risen, she’d frown widely when her eyes weren’t entirely level with her bed. Hand drifting to the other side of the bed, the femlander made out the shape of him on where he was -- before he had went off. Sure, she read the note, but what did it matter?
He was gone for now
Ingrid’s eyes closed for a moment, reliving what now seemed to be time gone by too fast. In her reflection was his scent all too familiar, and when she’d came to did the Hyur realize she had buried her face into his pillow as she unconsciously rolled about. A snort escaping her as she’d pick up the pillow, she’d throw take the cover off of it. She was a hair from taking a large, obnoxious sniff from the linen until her allagan node cleaner startled her. Reactively bludgeoning the poor machination with her pillow, it bleeped in confusion until she’d scream obscenities at it to go away! In her frustration did the Highlander scream with all her lungs.
This is his FFXIV character.
I think this is my first time to draw a scythe in a vertical layout. In order to recognize the weapon and show the details, I change the design a little.:P
