Important PSA

I didn't want to make this post, but once again I'm finding my name being dragged through the mud by a stalker who has been pursuing me across the internet for the better part of 5+ years and I've had enough. I've been receiving multiple links to and promotions to said stalker's content by individuals who are innocently unaware of the ongoing legal battle I'm facing in getting this harassment aimed at me to stop once and for all.

I've consulted with my attorney and been given permission to share this as follows: The user A-Pen-and-a-Nightmare aka "Ashley" has been stalking, block evading, and otherwise engaging in targeted harassment towards me for years and it has reached a point where I am pursuing a restraining order. I have two documents (and a third WIP) detailing the problems I have endured over the past several years, from 2019-2025. I have screenshots, videos, and witness testimony regarding these events. I have spoken out on this in the past, and it continues to this day. I will share this documentation with anyone who wishes to see it, but I am done being the scapegoat of an individual who is very unwell and will not stop seeking to destroy me in any way possible. I am tired. I've had enough

If anyone is wondering why I'm bringing this up again it's because nothing has changed. It's still happening and I'm not backing down or shying away from this situation any longer. I should have put my foot down with it long before I did and I am tired of someone who consistently harms me to be victimizing themself and doing everything in their power to make me look like a big bad meanie because I want nothing to do with this level of parasocial madness

Edit: if anyone also has questions as to why I'm not just publishing both of these docs, it is because I shared the original doc before (under the guidance of my legal advisor) and when Kash evaded me and saw it she mass reported it with her two friends to have it taken down (I had copies) because it contained direct incriminating evidence of her behavior. Therefore, I anticipate a similar attempt if I do so now. I will share it with anyone who has reason to doubt my statements. I am not afraid to explain and stand firm by what I say
