avery.
the brunette was getting settled herself, drinking pretty much anything that was passed to her. she wasn’t going to waste this opportunity to actually get out of the house sitting around and playing it safe. avery finally noticed people gathering into a circle, quickly rushing on over to take a seat as well. she heard the other’s voice loud and clear, looking across the circle to meet eyes with the latter, a small smirk playing on her features.
as they began the game, she was cheering everyone on that it landed on and enjoying herself more than she thought she would. it was when it landed on herself that she shuffled on forward to spin the bottle herself, only for it to land on a rather pretty girl to which she didn’t think twice about turning to face her, automatically pressing her lips to the blonde’s, very quickly turning into a make out session and putting on a show for everyone playing. the brunette then pulled away, and sat back again though this time with her arm around the pretty female next to her.
it was the next spin that avery took that suddenly landed on maz, causing her to look around the entire circle, somehow a hint of jealousy now pulling at her heart strings in case someone else were able to have the opportunity to kiss him. she took a deep breath and shoved the bottle towards him for him to spin it. “ c’mon, go ahead !! who’s the lucky one ?? ah, i really hope it lands on a guy. ” somehow her words were actually sincere, even if he was into that at least it wasn’t another girl that she’d end up having some kind of feud with afterwards.
maz had to practically cover his whole pelvic region with a soft brown pillow that lay on the couch. his jeans were starting to grow uncomfortably tight as he continued to stare directly across from him at the shinging beauty. she had just finished making out with another girl, both gorgeous, might he add. her lips were still pink and slightly swollen from their heavy makeout session, and her eyes were shining with joy and mischieviousness. maz loved it.
that's when suddenly he noticed her eyes had met his, the glint dying down in them. he quickly pulled himself out of his thoughts and looked around, noticing everyone was also looking at him. he glanced down quickly and noticed the bottle was pointed towards him. he swallowed, and sat up discreetly, reaching out to spin it himself. as it was spinning, he felt himself chuckle at avery's words, yet deep down, he prayed it would land on avery.
slowly--and painfully the bottle started to slow before coming to a complete stop. he slowly trailed his eyes up and cheered internally as he saw that the tip was pointed towards the person he had silently hoped it would land on. he smirked at everyone as he heard them all cheer and push him towards avery, making all types of innuendos and sexual jokes. maz walked over to where she was, never once breaking eye contact with her. slowly, he knelt down, noticing that even though he was kneeling, there was still a huge height difference between the two. he was so close to her. he basked in the close proximity. he then let his hands trail up, cupping her soft cheek. his arousal was long forgotten as he looked deep into the chocolate abyss of her eyes, before trailing his eyes down towards her plump lips. he licked his own as he leaned closer to her, if that was even possible. he then looked into her eyes once more before shutting his own and finally connecting his lips to her own. maz could almost feel himself explode at the feeling, both anticipation and lust making it feel much better than he had imagined.

reblog if it's okay to IM you
“youre obsessed with yourself” and youre not??? sad. tragic.
i really, really want a plot where muse a is a naive, sweet, romantic, whimsical little thing with a whole lot of optimism and sunshine in their veins and muse b is the complete opposite; a total player who has someone new in their bed every weekend and hates responsibilities and just spends a lot of their time fucking around. somehow these two have been friends for a while, despite their differing personalities, and one day muse a ends up having to move out of their apartment due to a fire or an infestation or something and muse b is the one who offers to put them up for the time being. it’s all well and good except muse a has terrible nightmares constantly and one night muse b is sick and tired of it (and deep down a little concerned) so gets into bed with muse a until they stop crying and shaking and fall asleep in muse b’s arms instead. cue awkward muses sleeping in the same bed every night and it actually helping muse a a lot with the nightmares, and lots of cuddling and feelings ensue. muse b, being the player they are, are terrified of the idea of liking someone but muse a is pretty much already head over heels and ANGST !!
wildhaart:
substitute teacher who likes giving out assignments and students hate him so much for that then one night, big brother bought a friend home and shit, it’s the substitute teacher who literally called you out for not passing your homework, and fuck, he is smirking like a total asshole.
no but imagine the innocent girl lost on her way home and stumbling across a dark alley to see a ( attractive ) guy committing a murder. his first reaction is to kidnap her and take her back to his gang, and they have no clue what to do with her. but they start picking on her and the guy is just so pissed off that he eventually starts to defend her and she becomes a little helper for the gang and adorableness pls.
AVERY.
the brunette’s eyes rolled to the other’s comment, now treating her much like a child instead of the flirtatious side of him she’d saw only moments ago. “bad people, really? maz, i appreciate your concern but i can handle myself, okay? don’t worry. i know exactly what these parties are like.” now she was trying to talk herself up in front of the other, for some reason clearly wanting his approval of her street smart attitude and maturity.
avery let out a small sigh as she saw the look on her brother’s face which told her to stop talking to his friend all together, which caused again another sigh t fall from her darkly coloured lips. finally they reached the place and jason parked up just outside of the house. the brunette didn’t bother to wait around for the other two to get out, so instead she did a quick check of her hair and make-up in the reflection of the car’s window and headed on inside, instantly greeting people that she’d met the last time she was out with them. being cooked up in her room for so long has made her physically want to be rebellious towards her elder so she headed straight for the drinks table, and took two shots to start her off before pouring herself a drink.
maz felt very guilty for for his change of attitude towards avery, yet he couldn't bring himself to regret it-- after all, he knew jase would have his head if he even so much as caught a glimpse at his dirty thoughts revolving around avery. once they had reached their destination, he longingly stared at avery as she ran into the house, excited and anticipating what was to come. he looked back at jase before walking with him inside the structure.
after settling in properly and greeting everyone, maz saw jase head upstairs and do his regular business. he disapproved of it greatly, not understanding how this would help him or avery in the long run. howoever, maz once again kept his mouth shut as he turned around and headed into the kitchen to pour himself a refreshing cup of water. he refrained from looking at the many bottles of alcohol, all seeming to call his name. maz shuddered, and quickly took a huge gulp of the water, relieved at the refreshing feeling.
he quickly escaped from the kitchen, and into the living room, where he saw his group of friends all forming a huge circle. immediately, it clicked in his brain that this was a game of truth or dare. "oi, save a spot for me, too, will you? i'm definitely playing.". maz happily walked to his group of friends, and he sat down on the floor, in between two tipsy boys. he chuckled as he eyed the group, however once he looked directly across from where he was sitting, his chuckles stopped, and he couldn't stop staring at the innocent little beauty.
AVERY.
well she wasn’t expecting the answer she’d gotten, though it was better than her brother’s nevertheless. the brunette sported a small smile, looking down at herself just to double check that she looked out from her view as well. “ thank you, maz, you should tell jase that! ” she giggled out, feeling a wave of embarrassment wash over her as he approached her much closer. her brown eyes averted upwards to look him in the eye, feeling her throat become dry as her breath hitched at the back of it.
“ exactly, fuck what he thinks right? as long as you approve. ” avery smiled in return, following soon after him as she made her way downstairs to meet her brother once again. “ maz said i look good so fuck you, jasey. ” the female gave her brother a cheeky grin, laughing as she watched him glare at the other male before she began pulling her brother towards the front door.
once they were outside, they made their way to jason’s car and got in. jason was planning on doing some dealing, so he didn’t care for having to drive as he wasn’t going to drink anyway. avery shuffled to the middle of the backseat, leaning her hand on either of their seats as she watched the road ahead. “ it’s not far is it? i can’t wait, it’s been ages since i’ve went to a party—— ” she turned her head to singly speak to maz. “ last party i got a little crazy so this is why jason hasn’t let me go out since… ” she leaned forward, whispering into his ear. “ maybe he’s just being nice to me because you’re here. ” she giggled out, then sitting back in her seat and adjusting her dress just over her thighs.
maz couldn't help but notice how bubbly and outgoing avery was. he never had the pleasure of getting to know this avery, as jase had done a very good job of making sure of it. maz was somewhat saddened at the thought-- he had known this family for a good twelve years of his life, yet he never once had been able to truly get to know the excited girl that was currently talking his ear off. it was then, he had made it his mission to make jase feel comfortable with the thought of allowing him and avery to befriend each other properly.
he quickly brought himself back into reality at the right moment, as he heard her innocent question and statement. "i really do hope you don't go crazy at this party-- there might be some bad people there, and we wouldn't want anything happening to sweet little avery, now, would we?" he teased. he knew how much a little smirk and teasing could affect women greatly, so he didn't hesitate to do so with avery. as he was turning his head around from his little flirtatious comment, his fun-filled eyes met with a pair of angry brown ones-- jase's to be in fact. he also took note of the tightly-clutched steering wheel in his nearly-white hands. maz quickly cleared his throat and gained his calm, cool, and collected composure as he stared out the window. he did not want to get on jason's bad side at all. and if it meant sacrificing his little flirtatious comments towards avery... so be it.
marisol.
she probably liked being wrapped up in his embrace a little too much for them being just friends, however marisol would always outwardly pin that down to the fact that it was simply because she was so comfortable with him. they’d been friends for too long for her not to be comforted by vincent’s presence. the reciprocation of her admission put her at ease, as she’d momentarily feared that it would sound odd given that it hadn’t been too long since they’d last seen each other.
she didn’t say a thing as he entered the apartment, simply shutting the door behind him. marisol padded through to the kitchen, purely following along behind him. her eyebrows furrowed slightly as he pulled out a bottle of wine, having assumed that it belonged to daisy, though in all honesty she couldn’t say she was that surprised. her gaze widened at his too cheerful tone, a laugh pouring out of her mouth before she could even think about it. ‘ who are you and what have you done with vincent ? ’ she asked, her tone just on the right edge of teasing.
vincent couldn't help but chuckle at her question. it was true-- what with lawschool, family burdens, and the stress of working for an insane genius, vincent hadn't had much time to spend with his best friend. the thought was upsetting for him in many ways. so he sent a quick smile marisol's way and responded.
"well, god has granted me the oppurtunity to spend time with you-- take it or leave it, mari." he teased. then, with the perfectly-aged bottle of wine in one arm, and his other grabbing hold of marisol's dainty arms, he tilted his head towards the door. "we're going out, come on now. and before you ask-- it's a surprise. can't ruin the fun for you now, can i?"
AVERY.
the bouncing nine-teen year old girl was pulling at her brother’s arm, working that so-called soft spot he had for her. finally he agreed to allow her to tag along, causing her smile to grow even wider as she looked across at maz who looked suddenly annoyed by the situation though avery clearly though it was due to him being so annoyed by her presence in general, so she shrugged it off.
“ lemme go get ready! i won’t be long, i have the perfect outfit for this! ” even though neither of them would care she still informed them before racing up to her room to get prepared. the brunette started by doing her make-up, a smokey eye routine she’d learned from youtube, along with some light foundation. the female then went to her wardrobe and pulled out the said dress ; a tight, black number that had a built in very pretty choker.
she automatically shoved it on, making sure she looked good in it before moving on to curl her hair. once she was finished, she sprayed herself with her favourite perfume and headed back downstairs to meet the two again. “tada!” the brunette giggled out, presenting herself as jason’s brows furrowed. “ that’s a little much, is it now?” which only caused the female to frown slightly, then turning to look for maz who seemed to be upstairs. “ where’s he off to? ” she questioned before turning her attention back to her brother.
“ you’re supposed to say i look nice, jase! stop being so mean, i’m going to ask your friend if he thinks the same. ” and with that, the female made her way back upstairs, knocking on jason’s door before entering the room. “ tada! ” she tried again, presenting herself to the latter. “ do i look pretty? jase said it’s too much… do you think it’s too much? ”
maz had taken his time with his smoke, not wanting to go downstairs and gain a headache. the smoke calmed him as he slowly started to relax and unravel. though he blamed his recent stress from not getting enough sleep, he knew deep down who the culprit of his stolen hours were-- avery. he didn't know what it was about her-- was it her hair or her eyes? or was it her lips or her innocence? frankly, maz couldn't tell, and he didn't want to find out.
just as he was preparing to head downstairs, the door flew open, revealing an almost jaw-dropping sight. maz couldn't help but force his face to remain neutral and not give away a single hint towards his true feelings of surprise. once he had that figured out, he simply nodded, seemingly acting uninterested in what little avery was talking about. “erm, you look great, avery.”
he decided to step forward and towards the door. he couldn't stand to be in the same room as her, and not act upon what he was truly feeling. however, when he was right next to her, so close he could smell the sweet scent wafting towards his nose, and his hand was on the doorknob, he paused, and sighed. he then spoke. “if jase says it's too much... i say fuck it. wear what you want and feel good in, aves.” and with that, he stepped out of the room, allowing a small smile to grace his lips at the thought of how avery had asked for his approval.
ARAMIA.
she gazed around, nervous of what to expect at the very large and very intimidating highschool. her nerves only grew as she passed by groups of upperclassmen, all talking and walking nonchalantly, completely oblivious to the freshman's nerves. aramia bit her lip as she looked back at her schedule. it stated that her first class was an elective, specifically an advanced med class.
that managed to make aramia smile. simply the name of the class reminded her what her goal was; that highschool was only temporary on her journey to becoming a surgeon. she was too wrapped up in her thoughts to notice where she was going. once she was brought back into reality, she glanced around, her small smile slipping from her lips. aramia didn't know where she was, and she didn't see anyone who was willing to help her.
she pulled out her sleek white iphone, realizing that she only had four more minutes to get to class. her schedule stated that the class was in building five, and her heart dropped as she looked at the large white building in front of her, hoping it was building five. much to her chagrin, it was only building two-- aramia's lip quivered, yet she willed herself to not let any tears slip.
once more, she looked around helplessly, hoping someone would help her reach her class. her small hands ran through her long, silky, blonde hair, and she tugged on the roots stressfully. she silently thought to herself, highschool wasn't that great.
MARISOL.
hearing the knock upon her front door, marisol immediately jumps up to go answer it. it’s a wonder that by now vincent doesn’t just let himself in, it wasn’t as if she didn’t know he’d be making an appearance at some point that day. still, she doesn’t contemplate the idea too long, hating for him to wait, & quickly makes her way to the door.
when she opens it there’s a bright smile on her plush lips, purely because she knew exactly who would be standing behind the wooden frame. the second he gaze settles on him, marisol’s smile turns into a full on grin as she steps out of the archway to pull him into a hug. she’s not one for physical contact with many people, however after years of friendship vincent had developed into being an exception to that idea.
‘ hey, ’ she muttered, releasing him from her hold & taking a step back. ‘ i’ve missed you. ’ she almost mumbles it under her breath because it sounds so odd to say. it’s not as if they’ve been separated for a long time, however it’s been so long since they’ve been able to be so freely them without someone else around.
vincent couldn't help himself as his smile grew. his arm automatically rubbed her back as he quickly rested his chin on her head. the height difference between the two still amazed him to this day, yet it only made him feel happier. after pulling back, he heard mumbled words, and it was only then, after hearing her quiet words did he realize how much he missed marisol. ‘‘i missed you, mari.’’ of course, he wouldn't admit how much.
he let himself into the quaint apartment, and walked into the kitchen, reaching into the chiller for a beautiful bottle of nicely-aged wine. he had kept it there a few weeks back, just for this event specifically. he placed the bottle under his arm snugly, and looked back at the innocent beauty standing before him. he smiled quickly at her before asking. ‘‘are you ready for the fun besties day we're gonna have?!’’ he had asked it in a sarcastic and overenthusiastic tone, hoping to prompt a giggle from his best friend.
