headcanon 001.

regarding aiden’s mental health --- his bipolar & anti-social personality disorder shortly developed after his mother passed away, but didn’t get the treatment he needed until his increasing usage of drugs was involved. it had gotten too bad at that stage where he would’ve been arrested (whether it was assaults, possession of drugs, or even both) & since his father was reaching the boiling point, aiden was sent to get medication for his mental health.

since then, it had worked. his violent outbursts had calmed down, the usage of drugs decreased dramatically & he was able to live peacefully (despite some slip ups when he forgets to take them).

but because he was fearful to agonise his family any longer --- he moved away to start a new life.

regarding the drugs however; there is a time where marijuana is used occasionally during his medication being used, yet temptations of taking more than that still occurs.
