I think I accidentally severed a nerve when doing testings… I’ve never been in more pain.. Everything feels like pins and needles and not in the subtle way.

Mm. Blacked out and woke up with the initial problem gone but sore as hell?

Maybe??? I mean I’m always sore from just perpetually dull pain but this feels worse.. I definitely blacked out and woke up… I really should try to get up-
