Flavor cup
A cup with a squeeze button that released flavored syrup into any drink. The syrup can be refilled and you can use different flavors
Digital Whiteboard
Allows the user to use a digital board similar to a white board and write down notes to themselves for future use. Could potentially be used for stores as well.
Already exists, we used it in my high school, it's called a smart board but it's still a really great idea!
A pair of socks with massaging beads in the cloth to Rub your feet when a significant other refuses to. They are bigger than normal Socks and so can’t be worn with shoes
This sounds interesting, but what’s the point of socks if you can’t wear...
Caffine Doser
Ever needed to stay up a little longer, but you’re worried that caffine might make you not sleep? Well here’s a problem to solve that! An app where you enter in the drink you’re about to have and how long you want to boost to last. It will then calculate exactly how much of that drink you should have to get to most desirable effect.
Interesting thought! It might be a little hard, though, since everybody makes things like coffee and tea slightly differently.
Rent Wifi
When you are desperately in need of wifi you can “Rent” someone else’s for a certain amount a minute. I imagine you could charge a certain amount of cents per hour. This way the owner is getting a profit also.
If you could find a way to make paid wi-fi simple enough to be controlled on a mobile app, you could have something there. Especially since many smartphones have the ability to be a hotspot!
This would actually be awesome, and the cable and phone companies would go along with another way to turn a quick profit! (Hopefully)
If someone needs to get into your house for one reason or another, this app will allow you to send them the electronic key and based on what the need is the key will disappear when you set it to (after one use, after an hour, a week, etc.)
So it would be some kind of an encryption to get into the house, or what? Cool idea!
For those who love to speed on the road especially when they’re late to work, school, or interview. This radar will alert you within 20 miles peripheral if their a cop. This radar will be installed in your car just like a gps. No need for unwanted speeding…
this would be SO HELPFUL, NO MORE SPEEDING TICKETS WOOO
I kind of like this, but isn't the whole point of hidden cops to prevent you from speeding in general?
A chip you can connect to your bike that will track your milage
I could use this, actually. Would it somehow pick up the movement of the wheels? Because if that were the case, it could be hard to keep consistent as your tires changed pressure.
Heated concrete
No more shoveling driveways or sidewalks haha
Hmm... How would it work? Panels underneath the concrete?
Webcam Shutter
Worried about people peeking into your private life via your computer? Worry no more, the webcam shutter allows for you to personally shutter your camera lens so nobody can virtually hack into your system so they can take a peek at what you’re doing.
Perfume dryer sheets
I notice some mornings I completely forget to put perfume on, so hey, why not bring in dryer sheets that perfume your clothes so you don't have to worry about forgetting to spray yourself after you get ready?
A presentation critique giver that will listen to your voice when you present and give you advice on how you can improve your speech
Neat thought! Would it be programmed to recognize certain speech patterns, or what? After all, the quality of a speech can be pretty subjective.
using oculus rift to help someone get over their fears (of heights, spiders, etc) by repeatedly putting them in the situation
Hm. Interesting idea. I know there's a lot of research that supports exposure as the best method for overcoming fears. But we'd need to have pretty high graphical capabilities.
Device Swipe
Using infrared sensors (like in the Pokémon games), we could put any two devices next to each other, and literally drag or swipe links and files from one computer to another.

No more shoveling driveways or sidewalks haha
