Our next adventure took us to the John Day Fossil Beds. It was also super smokey when we went there as well. But it was cool getting to see it. While we were in the park we got lucky (again!) and were able to get a camping spot for the couple of days that we were there. I couldn’t believe our luck! #throwback to kayaking on Cottonwood Lake in Wasilla, Alaska. Somethings I’ve found out this year is that 1- I really love Alaska and I can’t wait for our next adventure there and 2- I like kayaking way more than I thought I was going to, defiantly need more practice but it’s so fun and relaxing! Our next adventure took us in the opposite direction from Mississippi. We headed down to South West Texas to check out Big Bend National park.
