As an Afro Latina woman with my grandmother’s fair skin tone. It has been assumed that I am white more time than I care to admit. That fact and the experiences that derived from it has brought equal parts shame and anger throughout the years. I don’t know what it’s like to be mixed in other countries. But I can say that being biracial in America feels like there’s a never-ending struggle with your identity. Loneliness becomes an all to familiar feeling. For many years, my body never really felt like mine. Even as a child I felt imprisoned in the skin that I had been placed in. I yearned deeply to be free of what others saw as a blessing but what I saw as hell. Without context, many could not understand where these feelings originated. In true, it stemmed from various sources but the root— the root was men seeking ownership and control of something that was never theirs to begin with. Along with the enablement of that behavior. Although, it took me many more years to bury this belief that my body was not my own, even more to cherish my form. I show myself compassion, for that thought was subliminal programmed in me by the very same ones who seek to cause me harm. With that being said, I wrote this as a reminder to myself and anyone else who may resonate. We are not property. What does it mean if my lillith is in cancer? I seen you describe how it's the dark side of ourselves and I find that side very fascinating.

I have my lilith in cancer. Unfortunately„„„ it is the worst place to have your lilith, it is Cancer’s detriment, like i said “anti-moon.” Lilith cancerians have painful childhoods, always feeling rejected. We have a constant need to, but never feel quite good enough at consoling other around us. There is a tendency for early life to be filled with extreme suffering or torment which leads to a lack of emotional availability later on in life. There is often a lack of or a bad relationship with a mother figure which acts as an axis of issues. They are so afraid of being betrayed in life. Cancer lilith is linked to sexual repression and fertility problems :-( I don’t want to make this too depressing, trust me the stuff I found while researching my own birth chart was D E PRESSING but anyway, cancerican liliths strive for peace and home balance. What they lack early on in life they make up for with their own children whom they vow to protect forever. Their life mantra becomes to help those who are also suffering in life. They are emotional and psychological people, when concerning the family anyway.
