Due to the struggles with COVID shipping and also some irl issues our head mod had to tackle, we've been putting our aftersales plans on hold, and thank you all for your understanding and support. But no longer!
 We have good news! In early September many air mail services have resumed from our local government post, which means that we can now offer shipping methods that can reach you faster than 3 months! Therefore, we're starting up our plans for Aftersales!
We’ll be implementing a new clause in our Terms & Conditions which will offer you guys some more security regarding your purchase. Once you place your order, you will receive your tracking no. within 7 working days. Exceeding that, you are entitled to a full refund upon request.
We hope that this helps the current shipping and zine climate, and we hope to give you guys the best experience that we can.
At this time, most of our packages should have arrived at their destinations. If yours has yet to arrive and would like some help, we are happy to start an inquiry with our local post office for you if you contact us via email.
We also encourage you to check your local mail/courier services, because in many cases the package has been lost or delayed by them, or waiting for pick up. We have recently received several returned packages, so please do check your post office!
