Greetings! ✨

This is a blog for f/o /self-ship/ oc x canon positivity, while my main fandom is jojo I welcome other fandoms as well!  I want to use this blog to send nice f/o messages to others, let others gush about their f/o’s and selfship, and to make new friends! Please don’t ever hesitate to gush to me, I really love hearing about people’s oc’s and ships!

F/O Games ✨: Occasionally I will make a post for games related to your f/os you can participate in which usually involves me assigning your ship to a song or making a picrew inspired by your f/o or ship!

Love note requests 💕: Have you had a bad day? Do you need some cheering up? I got you!✨ While I try to send out love notes occasionally, I do not mind you asking for them especially if you’d like something specific! Just go ahead and ask in my inbox and I will have your f/o write you a nice letter~ 

How to ask for a love note:

Simply send an ask that includes the character you’d like a love note from and who you would like it addressed to (your name, your oc, etc). It’s OK if you don’t want to provide a name as well, if anything I will default to having a cute nickname be used in lieu of a name provided.  ♡ I write JoJo parts 1-8 ( The only character I will not write is Stroheim).  ♡ I will not write character x character since the focus of this blog is selfshipping / oc x canon   ♡ When requesting a love note please ask for 1 character at a time (unless it’s a polyship, then I’m alright with 2 characters being requested at once).    ♡ Please use proper etiquette when requesting; using please & thank you would be nice. I understand that I offer to do these things for free, but it gets a bit disheartening when I see a request being sent more as a ‘demand’ rather than a polite request.   ♡ My main interest is JoJo I don’t mind occasional mentions of other fandoms for gushing, but I would prefer that love notes are for JoJo characters.   ♡ Please keep your request SFW, I do have a NSFW sideblog (If you’re 18+ feel free to ask for the url).  ♡ I am perfectly OK with polyship requests!

How to participate in f/o games & events:

Any f/o games or event interactions on the blog will be tagged as ‘f/o games’ or whatever the name of the event is. For these posts I provide clear instructions on how to participate which usually involves sending a prompted ask.

sorry if this doesn’t belong here, but. i feel really guilty for selfshipping myself with makima from chainsaw man even if she’s just a platonic f/o… i know she has done some very immoral things but she brings me so much joy. i don’t get why she’s my comfort character even though i’m a csa survivor. am i a bad person for liking makima?

You're all good. Sorry for the delay in responding! Oh no, please don't feel guilty for that! I understand that in canon she's done some immoral things, but the thing is sometimes we have comfort characters even though they might have done bad things in their storylines. The fact you recognize that the things she's done is important, you're not excusing her actions or anything. Sometimes certain characters just bring us comfort, and whether or not they are "bad" in canon or whatever ultimately they are fictional and you can make your own canon. There's nothing wrong with having Makima as an f/o, I hope you're feeling better about this now!

I'm so sorry to hear your anxiety has been so bad lately. Try and take some deep breathes when you feel like anxiety is getting to be too much for you. This time of year can seem really overwhelming, but I promise that everything will be ok. Things will get better, just try and be patient with everything around you and most importantly with yourself too. You deserve to have anxiety free days. I know those better days will come for you soon enough.

Here’s the situation.

My hospital bill arrived… and it’s huge. It absolutely fucked me over. I‘m 1.000 Euros in the red at the moment, and I‘m at a point where I can afford neither groceries nor medication. Not even cat food.

I‘m still job hunting, but the chronic pain and mental illness make it extremely hard.

Please commission me if you still need a Christmas present for someone, I draw and write, here‘s the post.

Trick or Treat for Rubber Soul, mayhaps?

"Candy Corn?" from Spooky / Autumn Prompts

“Candy corn?” You questioned as soon as you saw Rubber Soul with a bag of candy corn. “You actually enjoy eating that?”

“It’s not as bad as people make it out to be. Seriously.” Rubber replied to you with a laugh. He saw the look on your face… “Have you even tried it before?”

“Maybe once… A long time ago.” You said eyeing the offered bag of candy corn. 

“Give it another shot.” Rubber continued to hold the bag out in your direction.

“…I don’t know.”

“Come on. Please? For me?” 

“Well, Ok.” You took a single piece of candy corn and looked at it for awhile. You decided to sniff it first - it didn’t smell too bad. You took a tiny bite from it.

“That was hardly a bite…” Rubber said with a small chuckle.

You smiled a little and put the rest of the candy corn into your mouth… The texture itself wasn’t necessarily bad but it kind of reminded you of what the wax of a candle might taste like. It was sweet - almost sickeningly sweet. You could see why it was considered to be candy and why people used it as more of a decorative piece rather than to actually be enjoyed on its own. 

“Well?” Rubber was waiting for your verdict.

“It’s… I mean, it’s different. I don’t know if I like it alone, but I think I’d have it on a cupcake or something.” You said with a shrug.

“Aw, but they’re so good and sweet.” Rubber continued to put more candy corn in his mouth. He thought the best part about it was the texture. 

“I’m glad you enjoy it, but it’s really not for me…” You admitted. 

“That’s alright. Just means there’s more for me then.” Rubber grinned.

“You’re so weird.” You said with a laugh and wrapped your arms around him. You meant this in the most affectionate way as possible.

“But you love me.” Rubber teased you as he leaned over to kiss the top of your head. “You’re right, I do.” You smiled and leaned in close to him. There was never a dull moment with your beloved Rubber Soul.

You were surprised when you saw the way Valentine seemed to flinch when he noticed a black cat walking in front of the two of you. You couldn’t help but give him an amused smile - your fearless Valentine, the one who so often didn’t let most things phase him yet here he was seeming worried because of a black cat crossing his path. 

Valentine noticed your gaze, “Come on, if there was a time for me to be superstitious it’s definitely now.” 

“I thought you weren’t that superstitious. At least not about things like this.” 

“Normally I’m not, no… but there’s something about today that makes me feel I should be more wary about my luck. Perhaps it’s because it’s Halloween. I know it’s just a holiday people like to dress up and have fun, but the origin of Halloween feels much darker.” Valentine genuinely sounded a bit concerned. 

“Don’t worry. I think most of those things are just rumors… You’ll be ok.” You reassured him as you took his hand in yours and gently kissed the back of it. 

“Ah, yes. You’re right. I’m sorry, my dear. I’m overthinking this, surely…” Valentine shook his head. He felt more at ease now with you reassuring him like this. He gave your hand a gentle squeeze in return. It was silly to think too much about superstitious things. 

“Try not to let it get to you… Let’s just get to the Halloween party. We’ll have fun.” You hoped you could take his mind off of that small little encounter. 

Valentine nodded and smiled, “Right, let’s get going.” 

It seemed Valentine had mostly forgotten all about that encounter with a black cat. On the way to the party he seemed to have his attention solely on you - his arm was around you and he kept leaning over to kiss your cheek every so often. That was until the driver stopped suddenly… 

“What’s going on?” Valentine asked. 

“Sir, it seems that… well, there’s a black cat on the road.” The driver explained. He honked a few times and the cat ran off which allowed the driver to continue.

“It’s just a coincidence. Don’t worry!” You were quick to say hoping you could stop those bad thoughts from coming to Valentine.

“… Right. Coincidence. Thank you, my dear.” Valentine seemed to be more at ease yet again. 

When you two did arrive at the party, Valentine got out of the car and opened the door for you… although when he closed the door it seemed the cape of his costume got caught on the door. He was reminded of seeing a black cat. Twice. It seems bad luck really had followed him here… He pulled the cape causing it to tear. 

“You could’ve opened the door you know…” You said now frowning in his direction. He really did let his superstitions get to him. 

“You’re right. I’m really not thinking straight.” Valentine shook his head.

“Don’t worry, we’ll still have fun at the party.” You reassured. 

Even if he was worried about having bad luck, he felt better knowing you were by his side - you were always his good luck charm.

"I hate horror movies, can't we watch something else?" from Spooky / Autumn Prompts

“I hate horror movies, can we watch something else?” Johnny said this with a sigh as he tried to reach for the remote to be able to put another movie on.

You couldn’t tell if Johnny hated them because he just thought they were boring or if he actually found them to be scary. You’d try your best to get an answer out of him.

“But horror movies are the most appropriate for Halloween season.” You turned to the side to keep the remote out of his reach. 

“I know, but they’re all kinda the same.” Johnny was still reaching for the remote.

“If we don’t watch a horror movie, then what do we watch? I mean, sure some horror movies might be cheesy but they’re still fun to watch.”

“Can’t we watch a regular movie? Or at least something more like… a thriller, maybe? I guess if you find them fun to watch though I guess I can bite my tongue for the next hour and a half.” Johnny stopped trying to reach for the remote. He figured he’d just let you do your thing. Even if he didn’t care much for horror movies, the most important thing is that you two were spending time with each other.

“I mean, a thriller can count too. I think that’s a fair compromise… We’ll do something more thriller and not really horror. It still fits spooky season.” You changed the category from ‘horror’ to ‘thriller’. 

That put a smile on Johnny’s face, “You’re always so considerate…But you know what, it’s fine. Let’s watch a horror movie this time and then we can watch a thriller movie next time. I know how much you enjoy horror movies. Even if they are cheesy.”

“It’s all about compromise. I don’t mind watching a thriller one this time.” You scrolled through the ‘thriller’ options, now resting your head against his shoulder. 

Truthfully you weren’t really focusing on what movie to pick, you were more focused on how comfortable you felt leaning against him like this. You enjoyed little moments like these where the two of you stayed in and enjoyed each other’s company. 

“Are you listening?” 

“What? You said something?” You gave an embarrassed smile as you sat up. You were so focused on how you felt resting up against him and his scent that you hadn’t heard what he said.

“I said… What about this one?” Johnny asked as he pointed to the screen.

“Oh, sure. Yeah. That’s fine.” You said and rested your head against his shoulder once more. Truthfully you didn’t care what the two of you watched as long as you remained cuddled up like this.
