It’s strange — understanding these words. For many years I didn’t like my self feedback. I battled between it. Watching movies, and listening to music to drown it out. But once you begin listening to your thinking. You realize how deep the soul is. How once you can be friends with yourself, how you crave more moments of connection. Once you begin having better conversations with yourself than others can give. You see how true this is... you begin to step into the spiritual world. Which perhaps for a later time, we can talk about that
