FINALE

The final pitch deck presentation is this week. We make sure that all the information we include in our PPT is genuine and legitimate. My pitch was inspired by the YouTube channel "The Final Pitch." We worked extremely hard on this so that we could at least take part in the pitch tournament, but regrettably, our team decided against going. The good news is that when I pitch, I am capable of defending our application, and my presentation flowed well. Following that, our instructor asked no more inquiries based on our PPT. I appreciate the work my team (Me, Myself, and I) put up to complete the project we started, and as a result, I gained a lot of knowledge on the topic that I can utilize if I ever decide to start my own business.

PREPARATION FOR FINAL PITCH DECK

It took me a few days to prepare my pitch since I’m a one-man team. I prepared an almost perfect pitch startup. I also learned a new thing about it; it boosted my mental fortitude during my self-thought about my pitch. It’s like talking to your doppelganger. My UI/UX is already Validated, it’s time for my Final Pitch Deck to be Presented to my Panel.

FINAL VALIDATION

We evaluated our user interface last week, and it is now prepared for user testing. Thank goodness, my team is working on our application, and we're checking in with users for our last validation. They all agree to re-interview us and offer some guidance on how to be intelligent both personally and professionally. They are also questioned on how our program functions. They attempt it on their own after understanding the information with ease.

A brief update on the UI/UX of my AppliCoffee: I spoke with a few customers who enjoy drinking coffee and purchasing online. They provide me with ideas and original designs that I can incorporate to my UI/UX, and their suggestions have helped me come up with a number of fresh concepts. Of course, my creations are original with a touch of aesthetic.

I'm wondering where my team members are and what they're up to, but I'll ride this alone and it will be MY DESIGN ONLY. anyways, I don't care about them anymore.

CREATING THE UI/UX

Some of my group members aren't very skilled at designing, therefore I was given the responsibility of doing the UI during the month of December. Additionally, my PC was having internal issues. Our application, which is 80% complete, has become corrupted on one of my storage devices. Even though I had to build it from scratch once more, I was able to keep up with our timetable.

Finally, I must assess my strengths and those of my team members in order to split the task. We should support one another because we all have strengths and flaws. That's how cooperation operates, and I have faith that each of us will eventually learn how to put in the necessary effort.

It looks like I’m the one who’s working in our group all the time. I am the one who built the UI/UX alone. I don’t know if our synergy is good or bad. I hope this team still works in the near future

MIDTERM PITCH DECK

I gathered further information with my team for our project proposal. Despite having a long day, we succeeded in visiting all of the clients and businesses covered by our proposal. We discovered that "Unrecognized Local Coffee Shops" are a problem. We asked about the application, and they said they would use it.

Since the instructor only gave us a maximum of 5 minutes to complete our proposal, we struggled to manage our time. We prepared for the pitch, and fortunately, we were successful. Sir didn't object to anything we said, so that indicates that we were accepted. I don't worry about it because we followed the criteria exactly. I take care to fully explain our research and avoid including any irrelevant information that can confuse our professor about our endeavor.

VALIDATION

To make this notion a reality, we are truly working hard. Since our AppliCoffee been approved, we are quite excited about what comes next. Our team must maintain consistency in both the way we each go about our work and the way we exchange ideas. In each sport or team setting, the best teams demonstrate consistency and harmony.

The next level, which we are now transitioning to, is the user's implementation of our system. Although we are still working on this, we are making progress. My group mates worked harder on this concept, and we are each responsible for the tasks that were given to us.

Pivot

Along the way, we switch our startup idea from a  blue-collar job platform to a Coffee reservation application. Since employment portals are commonplace today and there are other well-known job portals already in existence, we adjust our original idea. Instead, we created a reservation software that would benefit both small and large local businesses.

Interviewing People

I started to investigate and comprehend who these individuals are and how we will generate fresh concepts. It took a lot of time and effort to build a business, so we shouldn't give up. Instead, let's concentrate on our purpose. You need to talk to your members and listen to those around you because teamwork entails doing both. You must be confident that you are doing it for a reason.

SEEKING IDEAS

Our discussion focused on how we would develop our project, our top three ideas, and interact with individuals nearby. We had a brainstorming session and then at the next meeting we presented our ideas. Throughout the workweek, we've done a lot of brainstorming and idea sharing while arguing which ideas are the best. We learned more from them because they cooperated and agreed to the interview despite their hectic schedules. Additionally, some people were not overly thrilled with our idea while others were after conducting interviews.
