It is our decisions that make us who we are today. I made bad choices. Well, who doesn't? But if you’ll ask me if I regretted doing those, the answer is no. Without these mistakes, I won't be able to be friends with these awesome people. People who completed my journey because of their company. Life has ups and downs, though sometimes we get a little bit stuck in the bottom, it doesn't really matter. Why? Think of it this way. If you're at the bottom, the only way to go is up. And the best part of it is when you do not have to climb alone because you have them beside you.

Jeremiah 29: 11

Things happen for a reason they say,                                  

But how about those which block the fortune that is on its way?

Yes, now I maybe confused,

But in verse 11, I know my faith will not let me be abused. 

I cry with blood in my eyes,

But I wipe those tears, and firmly I rise.

No doubt if I can start my journey again,

Because with God, I can surely win in the end.

I will fall a thousand times, I know,

To good, it’s the reason on why someday I’ll glow.

Stars will lose their light, but I will never fade,

And men will come trembling, but I will never be afraid.

Life will knock me out still,

I’d stay where I am, I’ll just keep it real.

Because no matter where we go and no matter what we do,

He is right there guarding us but, giving us no clue.

I am never perfect, and never will I be,

But some people will just accept the things that they see,

People who’ll make you feel that you are somebody,

When time came into your life where you’ve seen yourself as nobody.

These are to be considered as treasures,

People staying at your side and forgetting the pleasures,

For I may see a scar in my face,

But what they see are marks from my wonderful days.

Seasons will end and so this month,

But before that happens, I’m proud of having people who can stab me in front,

I do not emphasize how lucky I am,

What I’m saying is what must be in now, is what must be in then.

For in another year, a lot may come,

People will go, and stay for some,

Just remember, make new friends, but keep the old,

Because one is silver, and the other is gold.

There is no place like home,

A place where n one will feel that he is alone.

For the love of a family will always be there,

No doubts, no questions, it is everywhere.

Distance may not be measured,

But the love that is captured,

Will be right in our hearts,

Bulls eyed like in the game of darts.

Will be here, no matter what,

In anytime that the journey might start.

Will never leave, will never stop, 

Because that is the love of a family, never giving up.

Sometimes, we take things for granted,

In order to feel the things we’ve always wanted.

But how can our feelings be so real,

If our relation to each other will never be clear.

We see things as extraordinary,

Things that yes, will never be in reality.

Cause in my mind now I realize,

I’ve fallen in love with a prince from a different paradise.

It took me a long time to let go,

For it pains me so much when I see you in another row.

Holding a hand of another lady,

A lady that was supposed to be me.

Save Your Crown

At times where you feel down,

Remember to hold your head up to save your crown.

At times where you wanna cry,

Think twice without asking why.

We are all prince and princesses in our own little way,

Be not mindful of the hurtful words that other people say.

Judgments will never be gone,

So just let it go and think of it as done.

You can never blame anyone for your mistakes,

You can never pass the consequences it takes.

So before I become speechless with this,

Remember the message you must not miss.

Real happiness can last,

But one’s pain may not go too fast.

It is either you hold on or you let go,

Because your fate? - only you’ll know.

Is it this photo or is it just me,

That captivated a huge part of my memory.

A photo will always have its meaning,

A meaning never described by only what we’re seeing,

We wore different shades,

We came from different places,

Unknown to all ages,

But still, nothing changes.

From now on, please bear in mind,

These people are hard to find.

So make new friends, but keep the old,

For one is silver, and the other is gold.

Real friends go through thick and thin,

Not forgetting memories even if there are mistakes, failures and sin.

Because no matter what happens and no matter where you go,

Real friends will stay by your side and will never let you go.

Painful it is to end a relationship with someone,

For I demand a bond whereas we act as one.

We may await what might happen next,

May we stay strong, and may our bond be not wrecked. 

There is no such thing even fame and glory,

Can replace a true friend’s love and sanctity.

Because those things are just temporary,

But losing a true friend can never be defined by any dictionary.

Real friends are rare and are hard to find,

Especially with qualities of being true and real, and somehow kind. 

There may be 99 in a million,

The question now is, are you that one in a million?

Why would I be afraid of not pretending,

I’d rather be myself than hiding in somebody else’s clothing.

For I may not be the best girl in town,

But it doesn’t matter because that can never bring me down.

When I look at my reflection,

I thank God for helping me be in the right direction.

I’m no beauty queen, I’m just me,

I’m am a person who’s trying her best not to be a copycat of what others dream to be.

I have my own personality,

A woman of word, humility and sincerity.

I’m done of what others may think about me,

Because my story is one of the things they still didn’t see.

Other people can never define who you are,

It is how you see yourself and how you’ll be able to reach your star.

Continue living your life according to what you really want,

For someday it’ll be the reason on why your goals will be granted.

Missing Someone

Missing someone whom I wish is right here,

He’s miles away but still I hope, he’s near.

For in just a short span of time,

He made me realize that it is important to value what is mine.

An inspiration, yes he is,

And now I’m longing from him a hug and a kiss.

Because nothing is more precious than his presence,

I’ll be his angel, his armor, and his defense.

For years, I became selfish and rude,

But someone gave me a reason to change this attitudes.

I have found someone who is worthy to be treasured,

And I will forever owe this someone my biggest pleasure.

The word beautiful is not defined through the outside,

For an artwork can be pleasing but in reality a woman of pride.

We shall not conclude on what we only see,

Because looks are deceiving and and we might be away from reality.

Appearance can never satisfy the wants of the heart,

Nor clarifies what needs to be a part.

A beautiful soul is not seen through the eyes,

But in the essence of one’s goodness that for sure will rise.

No beauty queen was crowned just because of beauty,

Rather the vibe seen of her dedication to her duty.

Not just a queen, but a leader and friend,

Is someone who deserves to be loved, no need to pretend.

To thank the King of all kings,

And to glorify Him for all the blessings He brings.

It is not really on the number of masses you attended,

It is the relationship with your Father that through prayer was created.

With all that we have right now, 

From us, He deserves a bow.

I, yes, experienced sufferings,

But He is not to be blame for the pain and my feelings.

He took all the burden and healed our hearts,

Now we are free to make a brand new start.

Thank you Almighty for a new chance,

Thank you for the opportunity of a lifetime’s glance.

Because in one time, I know you’ll come again,

To save us to that time which no one knows when.

In Your perfect timing, you’ll arrive,

Childhood memories are never a fail,

So there’s nothing wrong in creating your own tale.

Live your life to the fullest,

And cherish every moment of its best.

Those befores will never be gone,

But childhood mem’ries are something that doesn’t need us moving on.

Because these chapter may be so fast,

Yet it gives us a thousand of reasons why it should last.

Remember those pictures of us in the park,

Listening to our parent’s word that surely will mark.

Those pictures that are now on collage,

With the feeling of royalty, having lots of entourage. 

Will this feeling still be the same now?

Even though I’ve grown older, I’ll still seek how.

Cause if there is something we need to treasure,

It is our childhood memories, that until now is the reason behind our sweet pleasures.

What’s going to define you is how you see yourself,

He did not let his past define his life’s future structure.
