If you get burned, you stay away from the fire. You don’t sit by it waiting for it to cool off.

Trust me when I tell you. When a person loves you more than their ego, everything flows. no conversation too uncomfortable. no bare minimum task too great. no reasonable ask too unreasonable. They will move mountains for you because they want to. Your happiness makes them happy.

Kala langit menyuguh basah yang lirih, di manakah tempat kau melabuh letih? Dengan pendar-pendar lampu, tembok putih dan sisa kopi membuih, aku menemukan rumah. Tempat mengeja teduh dengan senyum sumringah. Tak ada yang lebih menyenangkan dari jatuh cinta kepada suasana, dengan hati yang sedang nyala-nyalanya—kala kubawa sebagian darimu dalam kepala, dan mereka tertawa. Mengaminkan sepasang mata yang berpendar; sebentuk hati yang berdebar.. Dan di sanalah hujan akan selalu dinantikan. seolah tak perlu lagi kata pulang, tak perlu lagi menambahkan yang kurang. Segalanya telah terasa sempurna tercukupi, dan tak pula tersisa.
