Every year we try to do a charity show that benefits things we consider important. This year is particularly important, to me especially. This year all proceeds from the show are going to National Suicide Prevention Lifeline '1-800-273-TALK (8255)'. I don't exactly talk about this much, but I struggle with severe clinical depression and in the last 5 years, I've tried to commit suicide 3 times. I know that for a fact, without resources like this, and the people around me, I would not be here to type this out. I'm not looking for attention but it's very important to bring these issues that so many of us struggle with into open conversation. Too many people who have meant so much have been lost. I'm not asking you to support my band or me personally, but even if you can't come out on Saturday, buy a ticket. This money helps all of those who struggle with this disease. It's for those of us who are still here, and it honors those we have lost. I don't want to lose anymore people who matter to me. I'm not an expert or a therapist but I always have my phone on me and I will always answer anyone who needs to talk or vent or just not be alone. This is for the ones we love.
