I wrote this on a whim. It’s a little corny, and based off the cheesy trope of ‘guy gets the kiss from the girl as a prize’ except they’re both girls and it’s awesome cause it’s Needlebook.

This entire scene is so good but the climax where Firey finally admits he stole Dream island to save Leafy, right as Book drops the hammer and presumably kills her, absolutely ruining his efforts, is just so devastating in the best way possible.

ALSO what is really interesting to me is that Leafy doesn’t seem to even know about Evil Leafy? She keeps thinking Book is referring to her when she talks about EL, and Leafy almost seems to pass out/become very disoriented when Evil Leafy spawns, so she never actually ends up seeing her. Does Leafy even know Evil Leafy exists? Or she could be purposefully trying to distance herself from her because she hates that something so ‘evil’ wears her face and is a direct result of her own emotions?

okay I have so many thoughts but every time I go to type them out I just can’t. That was such an amazing episode and it ticked off so many boxes for me like Leafy✅ Book won✅ EL and Leafy connection finally canonically verbally confirmed ✅ Fireafy ✅ Bookleaf ✅ Amazing animation ✅ this actually might be my favorite episode and that’s saying something because I haven’t changed my favorite episode since IDFB 1 like it really is BFDIA’s peak

THANK YOU BFDIA for 13 years of an amazing and incredible series i cant believe its finally over im going to miss this season but im so happy to have been apart of it... so now i ask... do you love the colour of BFDIA?

this took me 30 hours total to finish and im so proud of it im sorry its such a big post but bfdia is my fav season of all time and i really wanted to comemorate it with one massive drawing >w< every single thing is drawn i didnt copy paste any assets its all drawn by hand i wish i could have included more iconic moments from the show but it would be even longer than it already is ;;

i drew this before the final episode released so idk who won yet as im typing this i love both characters so much so id be happy if either of them won i think i lean a little more towards book but id be just as happy if needle wins
