Playing with some fine young Jersey boys tomorrow night.

I was recently promoted to head chef

and have more money and creative freedom at work than ever before. But I still find myself wishing for the open road and piles of notebooks filling with my adventures every day. I want to see the world and everything it has to offer and I want to take you along for the ride.

I am raising a daughter in a society designed to constantly lower her selfworth

in order to sell products. Everything about this country infuriates me. I dont have very long to figure out how to protect her. To teach her to ignore outside influences and focus on being the best person she can be.

SATAN invented religion

The devil is guilty only of love. A love for God so powerful it drove him to madness. Satan loved God so very much that it broke his heart to be cast aside. And for what? Humans? With all of their miserable flaws? Angels were created to love and to serve with the whole of their beings While humans are afforded freewill, the ability to deny not only the love of their creator but even the very existence. And it is these ungrateful humans whom God favors. It is to them he paid all his attention. Cast out of heaven for his hatred of mankind, so jealous is he of Gods love for man that Satan now seeks to poison man against one another What better way to punish the God he once held so dear than to turn the beings created in his image on one another. To build monuments of gore and terror on the backs of these beasts. To spill blood for all eternity in the name of God. Turning the creators love into a legacy of destruction with organized religion.

One of the most pressing dangers of religion

Those who choose to believe in something so strongly will close their mind to any other possibility. If a scientist were presented with logical proof of the existence of God then he would have no choice but to change his views. When a devout follower of religion is presented with any evidence contrary to their belief they simply denounce it as heresy. Science allows for the questioning, the testing and the proving or disproving of a tentative set of ideas concerning the way things work. Religion is a rigid set of concrete beliefs which can not be modified lest you be in opposition to the word of God. “A mind is like a parachute, it only works when it is open.” -Frank Zappa

Once upon a time

Men slept beside great coliseums and cathedrals curious of how they were built. Knowledge possessed just a generation prior forgotten in the chaos of anarchy and desolation. In this darkest hour man would turn to artificial light Our most simple yet evil, complex, and powerful invention yet God. So do as they did at a time when illiteracy and bewilderment were rampant Like the feeble minded and weak willed who had no answers Worship a magical power which controls all that you can not For it is easier to claim faithful ignorance than it is to seek answers. Welcome to the new dark ages.
